An Unforgettable Go-Karting Experience That Builds More Than Just Speed. Taking my 12-year-old son go-karting several times this year has been nothing short of fantastic. Initially, he was a bit nervous—these karts are thrillingly fast and unlike anything he had ever tried before. But from the moment we arrived, the staff made all the difference. Their dedication to safety was clear and thorough, providing easy-to-understand training that put both of us at ease. What truly stood out was how the team continuously encouraged and motivated my son, patiently explaining how to get the very best out of the kart. With each visit, his skills improved dramatically. He soon found himself clocking some of the fastest times on the track—often rivaling, if not beating, the adults in his races! The empathy and support shown by the staff, especially the manager, created a positive environment where my son’s confidence blossomed naturally. For me, as a dad, this experience was about so much more than just go-karting. It was about watching my child develop essential life skills—confidence, risk management, discipline, respect, and safety awareness—all while having an absolute blast. He even learned the basics of how the electric kart works, sparking curiosity and a deeper appreciation for the sport. When your child can’t stop talking about their karting adventures days after the race, you know it’s something truly special. This isn’t just entertainment—it’s character building that will last a lifetime. Nice one Revolution Karting!

The race course was good and the electric cars are fast. We arrived around 5:30 and it was not busy. However, customer service was abysmal. We paid for 3 races and we were kicked off after our second race because a corporate booking had turned up and they weren't interested in letting us finish, because the corporate group was more valuable to them than letting us get what we paid for. Furthermore, when we complained, the receptionist, Ripon, tried to fob us off to come back tomorrow between 1 and 4 pm (clearly trying to pick times when most people are at work) and was smirking whenever we asked about getting compensated for our time, and didn't take us seriously at all. I'm highly disappointed because the original races were good fun and the electric go karts really made for great acceleration and were a novel thing to have, especially on an outdoor track

Had a good session here, only not 5 stars as fairly expensive. £65 per person which included 3 qualifying races (5 laps each) and then one final race (8 laps). We were a group of 11 people - we were randomly split into two groups for qualifying and got points based on where you finish in each qualifier. Top 8 people made the final race. If one qualifying group is a lot quicker than the other, whoever does worst in the first group probably won't qualify for the final even if they're quicker than most in the other qualifier - should probably base it on total times across both qualifying groups, or allow you to pick groups. Driving equipment all felt good, the track (which is outdoor) was fun and our belongings were locked up in a changing room safely. Would recommend for groups.

So me and my friends came for eid and had booked in the session for 4pm but arrived a bit late since there were some delays on the central line we arrived at 4.04pm and were outside we did not notice the entrance was on the right hand side on the archs as there was no sign indicating this. Suprisingly there was no sign indicated that the go karting entrance was on the right which made us waste 2minutes figuring out which side the entrance was on. We later went into the entrance and spoke to the office staff who told us that we are late. At this time it was 4.06pm which is 6minute past the time at which we should have arrived. She told us that there is some free time at 7pm and that there maybe and earlier one if you speak to the other staff who are behind the doors. So my friend went to ask the staff if it would be possible however when my friend spoke he said something incorrect so I said that the receptionist had said to speak to you to find out if it was still possible for us to go on the go karts. He later told us that the email was sent and stated you should try to come 10minutes early. He also said something which insinuated I was lying about what the receptionist said because my friend had misheard. At this point he said he would not be able to help and I asked why we couldn't just start later but he said a few reasons. I later said that on the email we did not know that if we were late even by a minute that we would not be able to go on the go karts and that maybe they could help fix this for future customers by stating in capitals that if you are late you will not be able to have your session. I also wanted to speak but I could see the staff seemed a bit annoyed and just was not bothered to talk about what he had said/ being late means you lost your session. At this point he said you can come back at 7pm but this was 3hours after so I said because we are 6minutes late we need to wait 3 hours? At this point or at a similar time he told he will speak to my friend. I also said that I am not annoyed at him as he is just working there and that I am just suprised that our session will not be able to take place. I will not be coming back since I did not feel the customer service was reasonable at explaining the circumstance without getting annoyed very fast as well as accusing me of lying about what the reception had said. He obviously judged me by what I had said and I feel this is very unprofessional. Also a simple question to whoever manages/owns this place. You would save money on making an email stat clearly that being late results in losing your session and saying you have to come at X time otherwise you could potentially lose your session in caps. This would help your business make more money for example you would have made an extra £100 from me and my friends and potentially gained a customer who would tell his friends and family and potentially his other friends who have social media. It could easily cause your business to make much more money as well as providing a better service without costing the business a single penny. Also many others customers have probably been lost because of this or sessions have been canceled which would have been extra revenue/profit. Fixing a email is more or less free apart from a few minutes as its an automatic email and improving the customer service by incentive would definitely bring in way more customers. If you would like to speak to me feel free to let know and I hope you are not offended by my review as I wanted to be as honest as possible. On the positive the track looked good the building seemed nice and the uniforms seemed okay. The go karts seemed fairly good from the view of other drivers. If you are able to fix these issues accordingly I would be happy to fix my review otherwise I will not change it. Please do reply to my points as I am fairly interested in the responses as I am shocked at how inefficient the organization...

I booked for 7pm, we made our way a hour prior to the session I booked But there was so much traffic by the time we got to Rotherhithe tunnel it was 6:40. I spoke to a operator. He was really nice and basically told me no worries and that they could refund me and I would not be able to reschedule. He told me to email for a refund which I was a bit confused about as I didn’t know why he couldn’t refund me right there whilst we was on the phone . I’ve been sending emails and calling for the last TWO days but somehow I wasn’t able to get through to them all of a sudden so I went to call on my friends phone . Instantly I was talking to a operator when I told him what had happened he told me that he couldn’t let me reschedule I said that was fine as i had been told that by his colleague already and that also the people that were previously attending no longer wanted to attend. I proceeded to ask for a refund which I was initially told two days ago that I would be getting. They instantly just cut the line on me and I kept calling and it’s been saying line is busy. All I want is a simple refund for this booking as people paid their own money for it . I’ve been to the place before at least six times . Nice place , good experience. But after treating a customer like me who is literally always going there I don’t think I’m going to be able to go...
