First, some context. This is a ‘local’ old school cafe, honest and unpretentious - and providing excellent value. On my travel checklist for London was an English breakfast with black pudding, which is what I ordered. I got exactly that: perfectly cooked bacon, egg, mushrooms and black pudding. No bells and whistles and just perfect. Coffee (black or milky) was better than any I’ve tasted since arriving in London.

Cafe can get busy at times so you might not get a seat/table, though you could share a table with other customers if they are okay with this. Cafe is used a lot by council worker and workmen/women.
