TK Maxx — Attraction in London

The store itself is nice, big and has a wide variety of products, branded clothes, accessories etc. HOWEVER, the staff (in the ground floor) needs to improve their customer service. I went to buy a jacket a couple of weeks ago, the hood that comes with it was missing (no big deal), I asked a member of staff for help and I've been told to go look for it because it was somewhere "there". I couldn't find it, so she went to check and of course there was no trace of it, it wasn't "there" from the first place. On the 21st Dec I bought a branded cashmere scarf. When I went to pay, the cashier (medium height, skinny, black girl with very short hair) looked at me and said "did you see the price??" with a know-it-all attitude, like I couldn't afford it. Think about doing your job properly and mind your own business. I worked in hospitality and dealt with customers too and I never treated or judged a customer like that. Please be respectful towards others and learn from your mistakes because I don't think you'd be happy if someone addressed to...

This branch is great for men's clothes and shoes. The home wares section is also very well stocked and regularly restocked. This is one of the only branches of TK Maxx I've found that sometimes gets more stock back in. Men's shoes can be an absolute bargain here. Google before buying to make sure the brand and product are legit and that the item was/is on sale for a higher price and you can find yourself a bargain. Because it's a busier branch stuff can get a bit tattered and messy (shoelaces taken out of shoes, boxes opened and taped back up, holes worn into the shoulders of jumpers as hangers are thrust in and out by customers) but they usually have more than one of each item so it's always good to look around the store for a more pristine version. As with most TK Maxx stores it's good practice to check all the shoe shelves as the sizes always get mixed up. You'll find that most shoes on the 11-12 shelves are actually size ten! Since finding TKmaxx, I can honestly say its the best thing I have ever done, your getting designer outfit at really low prices, prices to suit your budget. Tkmaxx are different from your average normal store, where everything is the same. It's unique and adds elegance to everyday life/living. You can be so creative with the outfits you purchase at Tkmaxx, add accessories to jazz it up and be different, stand out from the crowd and feel good about yourself, not having to spend a fortune, like other stores, to look good and be noticed. I would like to thank the staff at Jct 9 for making my shopping experience an enjoyable one, the staff are so friendly and helpful it makes you feel important that they acknowledges you, hence the reason why I always went back to the store.
