Virgin Atlantic Upper Class Wing — Attraction in London

The road to this entrance for the upper class is a small road on the left just before Terminal 3, or you can say next to it but just that first you see road to Upper class and then terminal 3 starts. We had to go around once to get through the entrance correctly the second time. If you have a range rover or type big car, it is a task navigating through the small road.

Amazing Upper class experience where as soon as you arrive, porters take your luggage from the boot of your car and take them for checkin and the staff get you checked in at the entrance and then move you to the private security check in and then you have to walk a bit to reach the lounge and the markings are not very clear so follow for private lounge and search the minute fine print to search the vrigin upper class lounge.

The food at the lounge was amazing and friendly and helpful staff. They helped a lot for our baby too by getting food for him or chair.

The experience beyond this is horrible and Airlines staff asked all to get onboard at same time and no preference or priority boarding for people with kids. Flight...

Service is super friendly, but the bar must be way understaffed. I went to order a latte and water and was told to order it from my table. I used my mobile to do this and after waiting 30 minutes, I ordered again, still nothing. I ordered a while back a third time with a person, and all the orders arrived at once over an hour after the first order. Anyway, the shower was wonderful, the wine offerings are atrocious, the food selection is limited, and the lack of self-service options is frustrating. Just have sodas and sparkling waters in a fridge that I can take from! The emphasis here is on people doing everything for you, which is never as efficient as just doing it oneself. There also aren’t very good reclining options, especially for singles who don’t want to monopolize multiple spots. I know, I’m complaining an awful lot, so I will end by saying that if nothing else, this lounge is a great contrast to the insanity of the main departure lounge and well worth it...

If Anybody wants to experience upper class service, incredible,experienced, very accommodating staff this is the airline to go with . this is the airline to fly . this is always one of my best experiences. the stewards and Stewardesses are lovely They smile,they talk English well, they are helpful . they have a sense of humor of humor . they are a pleasure to deal with And a pleasure to be with . they are just one of a kind from the time that you step onto the plane till you get off . Virgin,you understand what it means to give service. everybody is just terrific including the pilot who stopped by to talk both at the beginning and in the middle of the flight. I have never as I said before being upset or disappointed With the absolute dedication that the staff have towards the passengers Bob and Ian kudos to you.
