Pret A Manger — Restaurant in London

It started of bad when I asked if I could use my NHS discount card and was told NO !! As I was looking to see if anyone at the tills we’re getting it , I noticed people were being over charged by the cashier that was serving other people he was scanning items twice while they had 1 of the item , he done it to 3 customers who were tourists going home , so I thought just cause one’s a thief , they all ain’t the same !! Let be told I was gob smacked at what was about to happen .!! I had quiet a bit off food as their was a group of us around £42 worth , the guy that was serving me scanned the same coke bottle twice ! He scanned it first and put it to one side then scanned the next bottle and put it next to it , then picked up the first bottle and scanned it again as I watched him I waited for him to finish the transaction and paid for it !! As I asked for the receipt he was in shock and wanted to say something and realised that I’ve clocked him trying to rip me off , but didn’t say anything, went to the printer were the other guy was ( who was mugging tourist off and said something) so the guy brings the receipt over and I tell him that his charged me for 3 bottles of coke as I have only 2 bottles !! The other guy comes over and says “ it’s ok take another one “ I’m like “ if I wanted 3 bottles I would of got 3 bottles!! I was gonna make a fuss but I had my children with me and didn’t want to get into an altercation and be detained for some stupid reason !! So I just left it . It happened between 16.30 to 17.30., I think it’s happening to a lot of people specially tourists who can’t speak English properly and are afraid to say something, cause nobody wants to miss their flight for a few quid !! Be vigilant or just avoid THIS pret !!!! It happened on...

I am writing my feedback because I am loyal Pret Customer! I counted at least 12 employees behind the counter...When I have arrived around 12.45 pm it was not busy. 3 people working hard running up and down and the rest completely ignoring customers :( I crossed a girl eyes and I kind of understood that it was my turn to be served... She was the rudest ever... keeping asking if I wanted anything else in such annoyed way.. almost annoyed I would say because my order was quite big.. I ordered 6 Christmas pies she litteraly dropped them in the bag without even wrapping them to avoid they could smash on each other...same as for my 3 blueberry muffins...she was keeping charging and talking with other colleagues...when she realized I had a Tuna sandwich that comes toasted as standard...and after paid..she takes the Tuna sandwich and in the most slow and annoyed attitude goes to the kitchen to then come back and still ignoring clients needs,she delivered my toast... I had to ask a bag..wrapping properly my pies to avoid them to smash and I paid £41 to feel like I was almost disturbing to be another client during Boxing Day annoying with...

Coffee and croissant was good but I saw something completely crazy happening:

In front of me, two families with kids, one from the US and one from China. Both family asked to pay with their local currencies. Cashier confused call the manager to ask for permission. Manager says let me handle it to cashier. Than proceed to say: yes but no refund or receipt to both families who accepts, one after the other. Manager takes a pastry bag (usually used for croissant), put the foreign cash-in. As I walk to the counter, he look at me as I was looking at the money pastry bag, lough, put it in his jean pocket and say "you didn't saw anything" and what can I get for you. I asked for my latte, paid and when collecting it, he had prepared a croissant as well for me. Thanks but you're...
