The place is amazing and the interior is soul soothing you can sit here all day .. in terms of food quality and beverages you get all the food options from sea food to vegetarians and beverages even vegans .. The bar menu is amazing it's been curated along with the food choice which is helpful because you don't have to think more about what you should order .. specially recommending SIM here she the one who took care of me here yes she's the waitress here she will amaze you with the hospitality even with short staff they worked amazingly without anyone knowing I know coz I have been talking to them haha .. The Evergreen as a Chef I would say this place must try if anyone ever disliked this place guys they must be having a bad day because I believe on me this this place is wonderful in terms of ambience food , music, people since it's on terminal 3 it's not much crowded apart from the food cost i would say they have done a remarkable job on menus and dishes ... Okay here's my suggestion improve on crockery The food is amazing you guys can improve and get some more good looking crockery which will give an elegant and remembrance to people that they have had the best experience in Evergreen also get some air purifiers or the new ones in the market with a mist your place needs to have its own fragrance which will lure people in also it should comfort the people...
Read moreLooks can be deceiving and that surely was true for our experience here this morning. The chairs were stained with food marks and when asked, the server had only a napkin to clean it with and didn't think much of these stains. My wife was in a very forgiving mood so we sat down and ordered our breakfast meals being bright and early at 7 am or so and having 3 hours to pass. They spilled milk over the cup and plate for my tea pot (and ignored it as if nothing had happened), so I cleaned up myself using a spare napkin on our table. My wife discovered she had no bacon served in her order and then I discovered that I had no bread served for my evergreen veggie breakfast. It's only when we pointed out we were offered the same with no apologies. By this time my wife could not find any taste in her Latte and by the time I got to the second cup of my tea pot, the water in the kettle had gone cold. Not to mention that I had chewiest ever potatoes as if they had been thrown in the grill from leftovers in the freezer from the last week!
For a restaurant that adds 12% mandatory gratuities to every order, this one makes a strong case for why gratuities should be based upon service alone!
There are quite a few better options at T3 that we have opted for before and will do so in future, we were surely fooled by looks this time...

The kind lady at the gate pointed to a few options so I decided to sit down. Another lady took my priority pass number and asked for my order. I asked her again what is available. She said it's all available. So I ordered for the Shawarma plate. I waited for 30 minutes, no food. I then asked someone how far along was my order. She checked and it looked like they probably only started prepping the order then. She said it won't be too long. I waited for 10 more minutes, no food still. At this point I had waited for 40 minutes, with no food and no one to even confirm or check if my food would arrive. So I decided to leave. I'm not one to throw a fit or leave a review, but this is probably the worst service I've had in the UK. Very disappointed. A lady did apologise as I left, but I could have spent that time getting some actual food elsewhere. I don't know if it was because I had a priority pass which probably meant 'free food' in the minds of those serving there. Treat everyone equally, please. The world will be a kinder...
