Visitor Reviews
According to TripAdvisor reviews, Westfield London is popular among younger demographics and gets very busy on weekends. Recent visitors praised the "fantastic shopping choices" and ability to purchase "brand items from countries around the world."
However, some visitors noted that car park signage is unclear and directional signs within the centre need improvement. Despite these minor issues, most visitors are satisfied with the diverse shopping options and convenient facilities.

Too many shops to count. If you're serious about shopping here, allow 2 whole days to get through. If just a quick browse, then 4 hours can be enough.
Shops range from high-end Prada and Gucci to Primark which has a massive shop.
There are also flagships department stores such as John Lewis and House of Fraser along with an M&S superstore.
Carpark is underground over many levels but remember to take a note of where you've parked your car, otherwise you will lose it. Remember that the car park is not free. You will be looking at a cost of around £9 for the day.
There are many underground lines that connect to Westfield West London. There are three stations dotted on three different corners of the mall, each with connecting routes to different parts of London. There are also dozens of bus connections that also bring you to the mall.
The indoor food court is amazing. More choice than you can possibly handle. If you are a Muslim and in need of halal food then pretty much most of the food places cater for Halal food.
The sitting area is huge, however, as the mall can get very busy especially during the weekends and Christmas time, my advice would be to grab a seat first, leave one person sitting there with the shopping and then one person goes and orders. They generally give you a buzzer or some of them will call you when your food is ready to come and collect.
If you want more of a restaurant experience then outside along the mall still part of the complex. There are plenty of restaurants where you can get a dedicated seat.
During Christmas time you also get the benefit of a huge ice rink.
On the very top floor, there is a multiplex cinema with all the latest Dolby Atmos and Dolby digital technologies.
Within the mall itself there are sections designated for kids areas where majority of the shops will be dedicated to children.
Other areas will be dedicated to high-end fashion and designer makes such as Tiffany, Louis, Vuitton, Prada, Gucci ETC.
Things to note are that there are plenty of sitting areas for people to rest and good facilities for disabled people. There are many toilets scattered all over the place. Lots of coffee shops, stalls selling cakes, muffin, sandwiches etc.
All the major brands are also there such as Starbucks, auntie Anne's, etc.
To summarise if you're into fashion, clothes whether cheap or super expensive, into good food, want to catch a movie, you won't be disappointed, especially if it's raining outside. You'll be lovely and dry and it'll be...
Read moreI am a firm believer in the principle that you don't get a second chance to make a first impression - and on this occasion, Westfield blew it completely in the most ridiculous manner. What a joke of a place. All I want to do is find my way back to lift lobby number 3 so I can go down to the car park and leave. Signage to find my way there? There isn't any. So I wait for a member of security staff to finish his conversation with another Westfield employee - and ask him for directions. Which he gives - that's fine. I ask why the lack of signage. The other employee to whom he had been chatting then joined in. She told me the lack of signage was due to GDPR reasons. Hello? GDPR is about protecting people's identities by not publishing personally identifiable information. So now she tells me it about alleviating terrorist threats. I ask her to explaint the logic behind that - but it's a secret apparently. She htne proceeds to tell me how huge the place is. I agree - but isn't that exactly why you should have signage? I make the point that get on a plane for work pretty much every other week - and I can find my way around airports far bigger than Westfield all on my own, for no reason other than that they have signage. Oh - but that's why we have so many security staff around for people to ask apparently. Oh - so are they security people - or guides? How many lost people are going to assume that security staff are not going to be able to guide them around the place? But please - you trashed your own credibility from the word "Go" by using GDPR as the most ridiculous excuse out there.
Anyway - I finally get to lift lobby 3. I am on level 0. I want to go to level -2. Except pressing the "down" button for the lift doesn't work. I can call the lift and go up tho. So I do that, and go up to the 1st floor. Where I choose floor -2. Except that doesn't work either. -1 does, but -2 doesn't. So, I go down to -1, get out and wait for the lift to depart. Then I press the call button to go down, and the other lift in the lobby appears, where I am able to select going down to level -2. If the stairs were not apparently swipe card access only - I'd have just taken those and saved myself ten minutes of farting around.
Seriously Westfield - if this is the best you can do - please just pack up...
