Hi, I came here to try the food with my friends and we ended up sharing our plate hence the mixing of the lamb and chicken in each other’s plates. Whilst I initially had ordered the chicken tikka which was a bit pink in the middle, although it was still edible, I would expect the food to be top notch considering the pricing as there are better cooked chicken from different food chains who are able to deliver a perfectly cooked chicken less than what you charge for. Personally, I do not mind paying more when the quality of the food is exceptional. I was disappointed with the lamb as it was far too dry to the point of being inedible. I was not planning on complaining about the food as the other plate filled with the lamb was thrown in bin (where it belongs) and when I went to politely complain, the man whom I was speaking to was irritated at the fact how I had “finished the food” from the plate and when I tried to explain how the other plate was already taken by a staff member who was kind enough to clean the place where we were seated at, he simply ignored me and repeated it very loudly in front of other customer. As a customer I am appalled by the way he treated me as he did not apologies or treated me with a bit of respect. The tone of language was very rude and I will not be coming back again. I hope you can learn from this and not make the same error as there could be more customer that may have previously had the similar experience but would have been awkward to complain and when they do have the courage to say something regarding the quality of food - they could be...

Extremely rude manager @ INDI-GO - westfield london - by the name of KAHAR. incident - 30/11/15 - 15:17 - table no - 7 - Taker by - ADMIN - ordered a portion of CHIKEN TIKKA @ £8 via my visa card. Was served cold n dry tikka pieces. Went upto the counter n requested that because its totally dry n cold can u plz exchange it for a fresh one as kids were eating. Was advised all food is fresh. Explained yes that may be the case but can i get a fresh one as this chiken is totally dry n cold. After being made to wait 8 minutes was served the same chicken reheated. All this happened in front of me. Informed the waitress that i had asked for a fresh one n not reheating as this makes the chiken more dry. Thats when KAHAR came inbetween n told the waitress" not even enquiring with me nothing "if she is not happy give her the money, SHE IS JUS WAITING OUR TIME", n then they jus removed the money from the till n handed me the coins. They didnt enquire that i have paid by card wud i like the money back via the same method? Thats when i asked for his name n advised him "im ur customer and IM NOT WAISTING YOUR TIME." EXTREMELY COLD/STALE SERVICE N ATTITUDE JUST LIKE THEIR FOOD. Will appreciate a call back if u do concider ur...

I ordered a butter chicken with naan on the 24th of March, Sunday afternoon. This was practically a thick soup with naan. There were hardly any chicken pieces, which were so tiny. The naan was below average too. I left my food as it was like eating naan with plain gravy and then ordered a shawarma from shawa shawa. After telling the manager my experience, he put the blame on hus chef saying that they don’t check the food. It is quite sad to see a manager throw their own team member under the bus. But he was the one who was serving the food at the till so he should have noticed it before serving it to a customer. He told me I should have brought it back, but to be honest I had already started eating it so I did not think it would upset me so much. But clearly it did so I gave him my feedback afterwards as it was a complete rip off for £16. He wanted to see my plate of food which I had left, which was incredibly shameful to ask. He basically had no interest in listening to me. I would not recommend this place to anybody as the food is awful and to match the food, the customer service is just as atrocious. They should look at training their managers to handle customer complaints in a...

In my experience and opinion: bad food, rude staff and horrible vibes. Everything is bad so one thing can not make up for the other. The staff act like they are serving you free food. And when you contact customer services about the service, they will ignore your concerns. And not surprised as there are many other reviews which say the same thing, rude staff! Shame on you. Moving onto the food. The food it is average overall and marketable to those who may not be familiar with real Indian food. Greasy, buttery, cold and horribly made. The pani puri balls seems to be from the packet and the chips are probably frozen with some chilli powder/ indian spices on it lol. The naan and curry was nice but I wouldn't recommend anyone to have high expectations you'd have better luck going to an authentic indian restaurant and getting more value and quality. They only reply to reviews but if you email them or fill in the form it goes ignored which says a lot about the company

● Lived in White City circa 30 yrs. ● And been coming to Westfield ever since it opened (Oct 2008.) ● Ditto Indi-go. (Although I can't remember if they were here from Day 1?) ● Occurred to me how much I enjoy buying from them. (I'm @ Westfield White City 2-3 times a week and will ALWAYS ;-) buy their masala fries. Regardless of what else I buy. ● (I'm a Freelance, Private English Tutor. So, Westfield is a great place to bring my students. So they can practise their English in a live setting.) ● Personally, I've always had good service from the Staff and know most by sight. (If not name.) ● I know 'Kyami'? - She usually works the till so maybe that's why. Find her friendly, no matter how busy they are. ● Shoppers clearly love what Indi-go is doing. Saturday's are 'next level' busy, lol. (But all good.) ● Pictured = My masala fries.(It's normally sold with onions and stuff.) However, I love mine absolutely plain.
