In my opinion, this place has gone downhill, dramatically a lot of the pastries just do not taste as good as before, the cakes look fantastic but are just average to taste, I will give it 6 months and try one more time if they are bad as this time then I will not be using them again. The time I went it would of been usually busy in there but as you can see their business is failing slowly, and it was very quiet in there if you at their trading status when they used to trade you will see how trading has gone down therefore there will be a large difference. I know exactly what’s going on here they are cutting corners to save money, but unfortunately the consumer does not end up satisfied so therefore I have rated this just a 2 star. The Black Forest cake we bought on 15th June was dry, lacked flavour, and had barely any cherry layer - nothing like it used to be, which ruined the occasion!
