Great, easy/moderate walk suitable for families. The views of the surrounding areas are just beautiful. The walk can be done in any season. We visited in early March. Parking is available nearby - Lower or Upper Beacon Road Car Park or Earnslaw Park Park are good choices. We went here when visiting the western part of the Cotswolds, and it was a great way to escape some of the crowded places in the Cotswolds.

Lots of well worn paths to follow, signage could be improved. Great views from the top. Wear sensible footwear, lots of loose gravel and I slipped coming back down. Beautiful wild flowers. Couple of birds of pray using the air currents. Natural steams. Perfect if you like walking/hiking

I didn't expect to go all the way to the top, but it was worth it! You can see so far away. It literally took my breath away (because of all the walking)

Lovely little loop of Sugarloaf can be achieved by parking at Sugarloaf cafe and following lady Howard de Walden drive around the hills for 360degree views of the surrounding countryside. For those dancing a bit more of a challenge you can walk to the top of Sugarloaf and north hill for views of the Malverns as well.
