Absolutely love it here. picnics/catch ups/5 minutes to chill on your own...lunch break time out. Lots of lovely space to either let your children run around or sit and enjoy the flowers on one of many benches. Due to dogs not being allowed in the park there no worries that irresponsible owners have allowed them to poo on the grass so its just peace of mind not having to worry about that with children too. unfortunately the cafe isn't reopened and would be nice if the new owners (owners of other local cafes) could start doing something as its becoming a bit of an eye sore Toilets are public and maintained but...

Read moreWhats this place for? I think you'd be OK with recreational drug use, as it's not on the "can't do list". What can I say? Underwhelming! I'd assumed they'rd be a playground. Wrong. Having found out there wasn't, it's OK I thought, I'll get the football out for this kids. No, that's not allowed. What's this place for? Peace and quiet supposedly. Within 5 mins of entering of the gardens I'd seen two kids on bikes, one playing football and a dilapidated cafe. Personally I'll give it a miss next time....
