🍰 Cream Café, Minehead – A Sweet Spot by the Sea You’ll Want to Keep Coming Back To! If you’re in Minehead and craving something delicious, Cream Café is the place to be. From perfectly put-together lite bites to indulgent homemade goodies, it’s a foodie haven that knows how to hit all the right notes. The menu? Packed with flavour, variety, and that “ooh-I’ll-have-what-they’re-having” energy. Whether you’re popping in for a mid-morning coffee and cake or a savoury snack that keeps you going till dinner, there’s always something to tempt. And don’t get us started on the outdoor seating – loads of it, and perfect for soaking up the seaside vibes. Grab a table, sip your latte, nibble on something divine, and watch Minehead go by. It’s the coastal café dream. The place is always buzzing – and for good reason. Locals love it, visitors become instant fans, and the staff are just the best – genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always up for a chat. ✨ Great food, chilled vibes, sunny tables and smiles all around – what’s not to like? Pro tip: Go early if you want the best seat in the sun. And whatever you do, don’t skip the cakes. Trust us.

Been visiting Cream for several years when we stay at Dunster beach. Food is always excellent and service is always great. We visited on Saturday for brunch after our early drive from the Midlands. Delicious full English breakfast’s and I had poached eggs with smoked salmon - yummy. Visited again in the week. Son and husband had delicious burgers, I had chicken, mozzarella and pesto salad. A fantastic salad and so reasonable - think only £8.50 . Didn’t need it but squeezed in cake as looked too good to miss. Son had white chocolate and raspberry sponge - massive slice, delicious and so fresh. I had a cream scone - excellent and large helping of cream. We will be visiting again on our next stay at Dunster beach.

Very friendly cosy cafe in good location towards the top of The Avenue just as the main shops and banks etc start. Outside seating if the weather is ok or you are a keen smoker! Very good coffee, excellent range of savoury snacks and meals plus cakes etc. Nice selection of local art on the walls for sale. In my opinion however most of the upholstery has moved well beyond ‘shabby chic’ and is now in the ‘please recover’ me stage of disintegration 😉 Invest a bit and keep on doing what you do very well!
