Rotherslade is a small stretch of sandy beach at the eastern end of Langland Bay in the south Gower Peninsula, Wales. Previously known as 'Little Langland', it only exists as a separate beach at high tide. At low tide it is continuous with Langland Bay.

📌 has now been amended and shows the correct location (2025) There is a small amount of road side parking on the hill leading down towards the beach on Rotherslade Road. 🚗 ☕ Café at the top of the beach but at the top of the stairs so worth getting anything you need to take to the sand before you go down. The cafe area has tables and benches to enjoy the view. Stairs to get down to the sand. 🏖️ No cycling in this area 🚳 Beautiful setting for either a walk along the Cliff walk coastal path to the East or West towards Langland Bay. Lifeguard on duty at the beach when I was there in July 2025.

Nette kleine Bucht, die bei Ebbe direkt mit der Langland Bay verbunden ist, so dass man trockenen Fußes hin und her kommt. Stein- und Sandstrand. Café an einer Minipromenade. Einige hübsche Strandhäuschen oberhalb der Bucht.

There is no Rotherslade in Southgate, Rotherslade is next to Langland Bay. Do not use google-maps to sat-nav here, you will be directed 15 minutes out of your way (plus traffic) and down a private road. Please...
