Oh my god. I drove from Ashington to chili road for this and I can guarantee I will be back as often as possible. 40 quid well spent and a happy family to follow. The chicken was the best I've ever had. Marinated to absolute perfection, not to mention the portion size and additions for a small additional extra. The quality of the food I'd have to say is Michelin style and I think any food/take-away guru of food would understand the care and quality that goes into not only the food but the premises also. The cleanliness and the covid routine this small yet tightly run ship has is a testament to itself and will be hard to surpass. This shop is run almost like O.C.D and I mean this in the best possible way. I doubt mistakes are very very rare in this establishment. I was blown away and in awe at the explanation of what was in the food when we ordered and we did not even have to ask. This man knows his way around his menu and in absolute detail aswell. Review starts at the premises, the server was polite, courteous & very helpful. She asked if ingredients were suitable. Choosing no onions, I was then offered extra coriander. Couldn’t refuse haha. She then checked my order, making sure I was getting exactly what I wanted to be able to enjoy my meal fully. Customer service outstanding, which is hard to say for most takeaways.

Now for the food. WOW.

I ordered two Chicken Tikka Nan Kebabs with side salads. Serving sizes very generous.& well worth the cost. The chicken was soft, tender & very tasty. There was enough sauce to cover the layer of chips & keep the nan dry. (No soggy bottoms here.) the salad was a good size & the sauces tasty.

Went here for the first time tonight. Me and my boyfriend were really looking forward to it as we’ve heard nothing but good things. Our order took around 45 minutes. Got home and the first bit of chicken I tried was raw. I can’t believe it. My boyfriend was eating before I did. So I really hope we’re not unwell off this. I rang the woman straight away & she seemed very apologetic on the phone and offered me a full refund.. however when I went into the shop for my refund. The woman in the shop seen me and my partner walk in stayed in the back whispering. I don’t know if this was because the shop was full of people but then she came out to laugh/ giggle in our faces and handed us the money. Not very good customer service. & will not be coming back.
