I cannot speak highly enough of the customer service from this gallery. I needed a painting reframing, the artwork having slipped from the mount. I called for a framer they might recommend to unexpectedly be told by the extremely helpful and polite Sarah that they would sort it, no questions asked. They picked up said artwork, reframed it and returned it good as new within a week, including bank holidays.
