Not only is this one of the largest, greenest, fun parks in Nottingham but it also provides a great range of activities for both young, old and families alike. The short green grass and rolling hills play host to 2 football pitches and teams, and also an 18 hole pitch 'n putt golf course, which challenges both the beginner and amateur alike. At the top of the park is a fantastic kids' play park, which is currently under construction and being improved. Situated next to the soft surface play park is a cafe that serves food and drinks, both hot and cold with benches outside so that parents can keep an eye on their children to ensure they are playing safely in the park. The cafe block also provides public toilet and baby changing facilities. There is much wildlife within the park and the grounds are maintained meticulously by the committed ground staff team. The Woodthrope Fare and Circus comes to Grange Park each year and is situated at the bottom of the park, alongside Mansfield Road. In summary, this is a great place for each and everyone one of us. From dog walking, running, golf and football to family walks, picnics, fun for kids Woodthorpe Grange Park boasts so much appeal and is a very pleasant place to be, especially in the...

The best Park in the area is most definately Arnot Hill Park.. Beautiful park, lake, and clean picnic areas.. However the coffee hatch is a little expensive..
Woodthorpe Park is quite 'boring' in comparison to Arnot Hill Park and needs an injection of...

I've list count of the amount of times I've pulled dogs away from my kids or table. Idiot people just let their dogs run wild round there while they sit in the cafe, which is right next to the kids park. My toddlers have been knocked over so many times and I've seen dogs attack other dogs that are just walking by. I was there the other day for 2 hours and had to literally drag 4 dogs away from my kid. They maybe friendly but how do I know that! If your scared...
