Not only is this one of the largest, greenest, fun parks in Nottingham but it also provides a great range of activities for both young, old and families alike. The short green grass and rolling hills play host to 2 football pitches and teams, and also an 18 hole pitch 'n putt golf course, which challenges both the beginner and amateur alike. At the top of the park is a fantastic kids' play park, which is currently under construction and being improved. Situated next to the soft surface play park is a cafe that serves food and drinks, both hot and cold with benches outside so that parents can keep an eye on their children to ensure they are playing safely in the park. The cafe block also provides public toilet and baby changing facilities. There is much wildlife within the park and the grounds are maintained meticulously by the committed ground staff team. The Woodthrope Fare and Circus comes to Grange Park each year and is situated at the bottom of the park, alongside Mansfield Road. In summary, this is a great place for each and everyone one of us. From dog walking, running, golf and football to family walks, picnics, fun for kids Woodthorpe Grange Park boasts so much appeal and is a very pleasant place to be, especially in the...

Very convenient for us as we live 1 minute away and go when havent time to go to Arnot Hill Park.. Mostly over crowded with kids especially teenagers using bad language and dogs! The picnic benches are always covered in mud from the park.. Not really suitable unless you go in your wellies..

Needs maintenance tbh.. The coffee hatch is good but closes at 3!

The best Park in the area is most definately Arnot Hill Park.. Beautiful park, lake, and clean picnic areas.. However the coffee hatch is a little expensive..

Woodthorpe Park is quite 'boring' in comparison to Arnot Hill Park and needs an injection of...

Great Park, lovely for the kids to play on, nice little cafe. The only problem is people ignore the dogs on lead signs near the play park and cafe. I've list count of the amount of times I've pulled dogs away from my kids or table. Idiot people just let their dogs run wild round there while they sit in the cafe, which is right next to the kids park. My toddlers have been knocked over so many times and I've seen dogs attack other dogs that are just walking by. I was there the other day for 2 hours and had to literally drag 4 dogs away from my kid. They maybe friendly but how do I know that! If your scared...

This is a lovely park which has pretty much everything. Great place to walk your dog with both woodland and well kept pathways. It’s has a pitch and putt golf course, a great kids play area, outdoor gym, coffee shack, a garden plant centre and lots of wide open space! We take the dog here most days. The pitch and putt is reasonably priced. Parking is scattered around the top end of the park, but there’s plenty of it and an overspill onto the access roads.

This is a small but remarkable and popular park just next to Mansfield Road and a short stroll from Sherwood. There is a cafe, playground and toilets. At the far end of the Park is an excellent garden centre and a hot house where there are seats and exotic plants. I love it!
