M&S these pictures were of the makeup I asked a member of staff which I had to go to the next floor to find someone I found 2 ladies doing a display there was no one to ask a question. The ladies doing the display found a lady on the underwear section, whom was extremely helpful,I was needing some new underwear, I took in a bra I purchased previously, unfortunately M&S had stopped manufacturing this item. The lady on the underwear kindly assisted me in a alternative. This manufacturing issue had happened before, I went back to purchase 2 Pru una bras only to find they had stopped manufacturing them it is so annoying why they do this I really don't know as they were excellent bras. I purchased 4 bras and ordered pants to match as they hadn't any in stock I ordered the pack of 3 pants whilst in store. The lady on the underwear kindly helped me with the makeup issue I said to her that the makeup area was in a disgusting state you couldn't find anything everything was everywhere. She came with me to view the makeup counter, and agreed it was indeed appualing, she helped me to look for a lip pencil which there was just one not in the best condition, she offered a reduction, I agreed to purchase this pencil has gone all mushy and I can't use it. When my pants size 14 arrived I could see they were huge and would be far to big ,so I ordered another 14 and a size 12 ,the reason I ordered another 14 was I thought maybe it was a mistake in the sizing ,to my dismay they were the same as the 14 I first received and the size 12 s were the same huge size. They were returned,I telephoned into marks and spencers and informed them of this and the upheaval this caused, and Deepdale is quite some distance from where we live ,so petrol cost is involved making this a costly solution. Later I found I could return to a food hall one which was a tad nearer. So 4 sets of pants unfit for purpose . I also had a tea dress on order which I had a card from the courier say he attempted delivery and I wasn't in,I was indeed in. Again I telephoned m&s the operators manner of the many numerous calls were sharp and possessed a couldn't care less attitude, this was the final straw I asked to speak with a manager and was informed none were available, I insisted I have the right, then I was informed the dress indeed went to my old address from over a year ago I asked how this is when all items come to my new address??? I was informed a manager would call,I did have the call also there was a discrepancy on the pricing And refunds ,the problems still were not addressed. I telephoned one last time to try and sort this out,I got a gentleman called shaun he was very helpful took his time to sort all the problems out,he informed me a different story on the dress he said it never left the warehouse!!!!!!!! I was asked if at any point I was offered compensation, I replied no not even from a manger he said I will give you£10.00 well that didn't cover petrol and the endless phone calls. I still do not have the pants to the bras I purchased!!!!!!!! Utterly...

Read moreWhat on earth has happened to this place? It's gone down hill. Seriously. A few shops to buy clothes and that's it No electrical store, pc store, gadget store, toy store, nothing.
They even removed the park for the kids. What bright spark agreed to that? My kids loved playing in there and gave them some sort of excitement. More so as the place has no value for children anymore.
It's December and only 20 days to Christmas and the park looks depressing. No festive feel, no tree or lights, nothing. All shop fronts look depressing. Parking is depressing. Getting in and out is depressing. For me it all needs shutting down. It has no value what so ever. No charm. And half the units are empty and left to rott.
Even the restaurants have no charm. They have a few pathetic festive stickers in their window. What on planet earth has happened to this retail park? So sad to see the place left in such...
