Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Preston

I visited Costa Deepdale today with my brother. I ordered a tea and a black forrest hot chocolate in a Takeaway cup with no cream. It came as a normal hot chocolte in a glasss with cream... I then politely asked if it could be transfered into a takeaway cup. The guy serving gave a huff and said he supposed so. He then poured cream all over it. So again I told him I asked for no cream. Again he huffed and Began remaking my drink. When I collected the third attempt I tasted to find that it was a regular hot choc and not the black forrest I apaid for. So I returned to the till and politely again said there ha been an error. The guy again said I suppose I'll have to redo it again then. I don't believe that I was asking too much. But the service was aweful. I won't be returning again....

Disgusting! I came here on monday 15th may. There was a young girl and young lad working.. Or should i say just the young lad working. The girl was just sat talking to her friend on one of the tables and every now and then when there was a que at the till she got up and went behind the counter and served. Most of the tables were dirty.. Trays on them with used cups or bits of food on them. I had to move dirty cups onto a differnt table so my family could get onto one of the bigger tables. The toilets had no toilet paper!! Get your staff doing a proper job or even better find new...

Love costa coffee and they now have A gluten and dairy free sandwich (or not if it's sold out) All we need now is some delicious dairy and gluten free cake, the choice by the till is decreasing for me (crisps last stop by) and it's not really that much of a treat when you see all the lovely choice others on non allergy diets can treat themselves to. So I don't visit quite so often as I would like. Had to pay extra for my dairyfree latte, turning...
