Lovely park well kept, easy accessed toilets and plenty of open space. Small swampy area at the very right of the park, fenced off securely and no risk to my kids. Ample sized playpark at the carpark and toilets right beside them. Even has excercise machinery dotted around the perimeter walk that seems to be well maintained. Small hot drinks van with little cabin type seats. Very nice, repeatedly visit here all the time. Parkin can be an issue as it can be very busy and bays are a bit tight but all in all, never a...

A nice clean area to take the kids and dogs. New facilities have been added along with the play park such as the outdoor gym equipment and wooden carvings.

There are football pitches and a couple of basketball nets for those looking for up tempo activities.

A hot drinks van is usually on hand for those needing a snack to keep going.

Carparking is too limited to cope with peak demand and the access road is too narrow to allow bigger cars to pass in both directions easily hence...

A beautiful green space, which is a great place to recharge the batteries, walking through the park and due to the elevation being able to survey the surrounding countryside. It’s a fantastic place to walk ones dog also, an added bonus is that there is a doggie poo bag dispenser near the entrance which is topped up daily, and plenty of “poo bins” around the park to deposit the bags in. Also a great bonus is that there are public toilets,...

Moira is a stunning park, especially in spring when it's blanketed with wild garlic, daffodils, and vibrant seasonal flowers. Overlooking the picturesque Belfast mountains, it offers a scenic and refreshing spot for a daily walk or to get your steps in. The park is dog-friendly and features a children's play area, making it perfect for families. Plus, there's a coffee truck serving delicious tray bakes—an ideal treat after a stroll.

A lovely open park with short walking trails that are looped. A beautiful wildflower garden, mature trees, and hedgerows that attract various insects can be found here. A shallow pond that is fenced off is home to some newts. There are wooden sculptures of animals and insects dotted around the park. There is a childrens park, a good sized car park and toilet facilities. A good place to take dogs for a walk too.

Popular park in Moira. It's got a carpark, toilets, football pitches, basketball court and children's play area. There's a coffee trailer that also serves ice cream. The park is much quieter the further you walk away from the carpark. It's possible to extend your walk around the Demesne by crossing the road and walking up to the St John's church and returning to the town centre via Meeting Street.
