Midnight Haunt — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

Where should I start?! My partner and I ate here for the first time, and what a disappointment it was. The staff are over kill friendly to a point it’s coming across as fake.

So we ordered some BBQ spare ribs to enjoy as we waited for our main courses, and clearly they get their supply of ribs from anorexic pigs, as they did not have any meat on them whatsoever.

When asked how they were we told the staff that they were very disappointing and had no meat! The waitress response was oh really! We always serve them like that.

Over priced low quality food. Had they had any sense of customer service the ribs should of been taken off the bill. We complained again whilst paying he couldn’t care less, nor were we offered a refund or even a free mint.

Greedy people, over priced poor quality food, that came out steaming hot 5 mins after it was ordered. Absolutely feel robbed from this place. They are a disgrace.

Very dissapointed, Sunday 18th July 21.

I phoned and placed an order for collection. Order taker was very pleasant. I ordered Chicken & Pineapple Fried Rice and a Beef Curry with Fried Rice called 10 mins as instructed, They had made Chicken Curry we took the Chicken Cufry . Both dishes were warm but very poor in flavour and execution. Won't be ordering anything here unless I hear of improvement. Updated to reflect new ownership. Quality has taken a hit. The honey chilli is awful comparable to previous ownership. Overtly sticky and sickly red, reminiscent of Chinese buffets at service stations. Snack boxes and beige food feature now which feels more suited to post pub nights than authentic chinese.
