Last Sunday 5th June visited the park because they had a food festival on. Now it perfectly coincided with my brother visiting from Australia. The weather was terrific and the park was full of children. Our nieces were having a great time. Although I think the park would be improved immensely with another place to purchase food and drinks. I stood in the queue for around 30 minutes which wasn't fun especially when dealing with queue jumpers. She had 2 kids in tow both wearing Versace tracksuits. when I challenged her she just smiled and was about to remain there until I made sure she wasn't going to walk past around 20 people so I again made it clear that she go to the back of the queue. A big lad s couple of people in front said well done m8 I was just about to say something. My thinking was aye right yee are. This didn't spoil the day so I would recommend this park in Dumfries my home town. I was only visiting for the weekend as I now...

What a great park this is! Not only is there ample parking but the park is quite full too! I was with the family on our first visit and the kids had a great time in the play area, zooming along on the zipwire over and over! Next to this was a large inflatable play area. This was £2, but there was no real time limit. I'm sure if it had been busier there would be more control over this. On from there we passed the bowling green and putting green and we stopped for some mini-golf. All of the things you need for these games can be hired from the booth at very reasonable prices. There is some trampolines here but we didn't bother with those. Toilets are clearly well kept and the entire park is in great condition and well looked after. The on site shop is a little lofty in prices but does have a good selection of snacks and drinks and of...

I don't know how te play area ever got a safety certificate it has 4 exits in the play area one is on the water side I'd like to see one entry and exit gate it would be easier for parents to keep an eye on their kids I'd have it at the pizzeria side also ther is a seesaw come round about right in the middle of the play area it goes round at a hundred miles an hour any small child getting hit with that as it goes round has little hope of survival also the toilet facilities are pathetic God help any parents that have any kids desperate for toilet !! Can only hope someone from the council reads my.concern's and maybe brings them to somebody.important ( attention ) one can only hope yours faithfully concerned health and...

The car park is a good size. The play park is really good it's separated into different age sections. It's has a maze. Swings, climbing frame and other play equipment. There a small cafe beside the play park. I did not use it so I'm not sure how much food/drink cost or what they serve. There a few picnic tables dotted about the park. There is crazy golf and putting and small trampolines. There is a charge for them but it's quite reasonable price and the man serving is really happy and friendly. The toilets are located beside the crazy golf. There a large grass area where you can play football,Throw rugby ball, badminton. There seats about the park so you can have a sit down.

We loved this park. So much for the kids to do. Kids enclosed park, pitch and putt, trampolining and big open green spaces. Great for walkers and runners. And a lovely little café that sold everything you needed, with the bonus of seating right by the kids park so you can keep an eye on them. Can't wait to come back next year :)

This has a lovely play area with free parking. A very nice café and clean public toilets not too far away in the bowling green building. It had swings, a maze, slides, a roundabout and a zip line which was working. By the bowling green there were trampolines which were £1.50/15 minutes play. There was also mini golf.
