Everything you could wish for on a beach..... clean air, clean sand ( some gulls mark their territory though !) and the tide goes out for miles. You don't have to worry about a blanket to sit on either. There are a vast array of lime stone boulders you can waggle into posit to perch on. I sat contemplating the view on one and took my first ever video on my Nokia 7.1 whilst doing it. The walk up to it and return is along grassland dunes with a well signposted promenade that takes you forward to Ocean Pleasure park or back to the open harbour at Little Haven. There are long picnic benches dotted along it, the occasional sculpture and information point. The light is superb so if you're a landscape artist this is an ideal spot to indulge yourself. It was quiet and peaceful for a Sunday stroll with my family and we weren't NB in any danger of being mowed down by overseen hoards of cyclists or electric scooters. How can you tell we are from...
