An update One of the managers had contacted me to apologise for what had happened and promised to do an investigation and to call back . After a month of that call, we didn't hear anything thing nor been contacted . Very disappointed . I think we should escalate to prevent this bad experience from happening again to anyone else , especially Muslim ladies.
I am incredibly disappointed with the unprofessional and discriminatory treatment I experienced at Ninja.
A friend of mine ordered two barbecue pizzas, prepaid with tickets, but was instead given two barbecue chicken meals. We were understanding and agreed to pay for the extra chicken while waiting for the correct pizzas. When we went to settle the payment, we were vaguely told the issue had been "sorted," leaving us confused about what that meant.
Nearly an hour later, another friend placed a separate order for a pizza but was mistakenly given chicken strips. She returned the chicken and waited for her pizza, which never arrived. When she asked the manager, Lee, about it, he not only refused to correct the mistake but also wrongly assumed she was trying to take an extra meal. Instead of apologizing, he rudely told her to "help yourself to the exit," essentially accusing her of dishonesty. Another staff member even dismissed us, saying they were "too busy to deal with you." By the way the food is not good!!! .
This experience was beyond frustratingâit felt discriminatory. The level of disrespect and mistreatment we faced was appalling. Because of this, none of us will ever return, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place. If you are a Muslim woman who wears a headscarf, I especially caution you against bringing your...
Read morePlenty of parking . Came here for a groups party . Viewing platform is upstairs. Was quite busy . We weee in an alcove where there was a large table and somewhere to put your shoes . You have to have special socks with Ninja on to got on the inflatables . Then you can go on an obstacle course where you are climbing, hanging like the gladiator program on TV. Toilets are downstairs. There is some staff walking or I should say bouncing around to try and supervise. All people using the equipment have to watch a short video on health and safety before they are able to go on. We had a staff member looking after us . She brought all the chicken nuggets, chips , pizza and sauces to us . The chicken nuggets were delicious. There was orange juice , water and blackcurrant juice on the table with paper bowls and cups provided. They could be topped up too. We then hat ice cream . We bought our own goody bags and birthday cake with us . We were able to have over the 2 hour period which had been payed for . Staff are friendly. Warning it gets very hot in there even if youâre a spectator. There were some adults on the equipment but most of the time it was children approximately from 5 to - 16 years . There is a cafe upstairs with some food items and a variety of hot and cold drinks . I think there were lockers to put valuables in . I wouldnât take any decent trainers with you to get mixed up or lost . We all had a good time and the children all got a bandanna to wear saying Ninja. Yes for parties or rainy days itâs a good place to go but not the cheapest place . Everyone had a good time . Me personally itâs not the place for me to go . You have to be fit and healthy to...
Read moreI came here with my son, who was invited to a party here. I was surprised by the size of the space, which I initially thought was small, then realised it reached all around the corner too! There were plenty of party rooms, so a great option for an active party. My son really enjoyed his visit, so much so we recommended it to friends and we all came back and we all used the facilities. There is a huge inflatable area (no shoes) that was a real hit with the younger children, and plenty to keep them active. There is also an assault course style area, for use with shoes, that I hadn't noticed on the first visit (when I was just a spectator). This area was a lot of fun and more popular with older children/teens, and personally I loved this part the best, but the children preferred the inflatable area. There is an area downstairs, where you have your safety chat, with cube shelving for storage, as well as free lockers too, which is brilliant when you are coming as a family and all intend to use the facilities: it meant I could keep my bag and keys locked up safe whilst enjoying myself! Upstairs is a really large, well maintained sitting area, with lots of large tables, and cafe facilities. We didn't eat here but we enjoyed drinks and a couple of snacks. I highly recommend this place, it's clean and well maintained and it's great for those wanting to wear out children, or for those families were even the adults want to be active! And yes, we all beat...
