Weston Woods — Attraction in Stoke-on-Trent

Was perfect for walking our puppy Zuko. There's a nice new wide path going through the woods. It's great if you need to push a pram or use a wheelchair. I'm unsure where that path starts because we had to walk on a trail first before finding the wide path.

We did end up at a field that my puppy loved. It wasn't close to any roads that I could see so we could let him off the lead. There's also football pitches close by.

Only issue, which wasn't too bad, is that the Satnav brought us to a normal street and not a car park, so I'm not sure if they have one. They probably do; I just didn't look...

Wonderful ancient tangled deciduous woodland. With fields of thistles, foxgloves, buttercups, willowherb etc. Whilst the woodland floor is bracken, brambleberries and bluebells depending on the seasons. Does have a farely wide path, if you can find it. But the dogs would much rather mooch under the dank canopy of trees. Unfortunately, so do the most mahoosive mosquitoes and horseflies.
