Wrights Pies Meir Store — Restaurant in Stoke-on-Trent

Great pasties as always, however, customer service was shocking. The woman who served us immediately asked us as we walked in what we wanted, instead of giving us sometime to take a look at what was out. We felt pressured to make the order by the employee. I had choosen what I wanted but my partner hadn't made his decision yet.

Another customer had walked in, my partner then said to the employee to serve the other woman who had already chosen what she wanted. The employee then said quite abruptly and rude she had already started putting my order through. She made out that it was not possiable to delete our order and to serve the other customer. The employee served the other customer anyway. After she had served the other customer she then turned to us and said in a rude tone have you decided yet. At this point my partner was put off by the lack of customer service skills and rudeness from the employee he only ordered a bottle of water.

Working at wright's pies is not a hard job, and it certainly should not cause you to be rude towards customers. Maybe some basic...

First order through just eat. Had 2 steak pies , and 2 cakes. Was able to track order . Wanted it for 12 but through tracking knew it was going to be late. 15 minutes late. Pie was warm , cakes okay but my vanilla slice was messed up in the box. Perhaps different packaging next time. Yes would order again. £3 charge for service...
