Tiger Bite Meir — Restaurant in Stoke-on-Trent

I would give zero if I could I have ordered many times before and never had a problem, tonight the counter was quiet busy with staff making pizza boxes so I used the kiosk for the first time in the Meir store to place my order I selected the pizza meal deal which meant once I had selected my pizza I had the scroll through and select side and a drink unbeknown to me it changed my pizza because the screen is that sensitive to a Houston which I didn’t realise until I got home as a vegetarian this was an issue as it had bacon on it, I called to say I had the wrong pizza to be told there’s nothing they could do, they had made what I ordered, I said the kiosk screen didn’t show a summary of an order so when I was paying so I didn’t know because I hadn’t ordered a Houston as far as I was aware I was ordering a margarita and because it was a meal deal there was no discrepancy with the price either to flag anything strange with my order either, I appreciate it’s a not the Meir staffs fault and it’s not mine either it’s the kiosk screen I would of been happy to meet them half way and pay half towards another pizza, or if they had shown any level of customer service but there was nothing at all, very poor and will not...

I've found it difficult to leave a star score. We used this takeaway mid November and I can't lie it was absolutely vile. The chios were that overcooked, burnt we couldn't eat them. The Burger was so bad, swimming in grease, the bread was soggy. We had 2 waffle desserts and neither of us could eat them. I complained, via e-mail to the manager. He replied quickly and offered to replace the whole order. I reallycouldn'tface the chips so i had fries instead. Later that night he text to ask how the food had been, I replied saying that I wished he hadn't asked me because the food was not up to standard, the fries were as bad as the chips. just had a delivery from tiger bite Meir, considering the was made and came from Meir to Shelton it was still hot and fresh as if everything came out of the fryer and delivered straight away, overall food was nice but the southern fried chickens were even tastier, I would definitely order again on collection (they don’t deliver to Shelton), I was looked after by a brother named ash after having a few problems which in all fairness were not there fault, ash was very professional very well spoken and offered a amazing customer service which just covered up for the night before.
