Laser Quest Sunderland — Attraction in Sunderland

Not the worst experience, we came in chose our name and just sat down waiting to go in. Someone came over and explained the game to us then we went and got our packs. They read out the names and you went and got yours on and just went straight in. About half way through (ten minutes in) my pack turn off and wasn’t working, (the packs light up so you know where people are) and mine had just turned off and nothing was lighting up. Me and my friend went up to the door after a couple of minutes incase it turned back on, and we knocked at the door a couple of times and got no answer. We didn’t leave because we thought she locked the door behind us. Because we got no answer me and my friend just went around together and shared the gun. At the end when it had finished we told a member of staff that it stopped working half way through, she was quite rude and said “well you should of just came out” we tried to explain how we thought the door was locked. She just asked for them back in a rude way and we just left. Overall if the staff were nicer and the pack didn’t turn off it wouldn’t have been that bad. The thing that really spoilt it was the abrupt and rude way we got spoken to. I wouldn’t recommend...

Very poor. False advertisement.you get 15 min the first half.thn kids come out run riot for 10 mins thn go back in for a further 15min. I got impression on party package that there would be 45min continuous play. Staff have no interaction with the kids. There just left to sit in a dingy room entertaining themselfs while waiting to have there second game. When mentioned to staff i thought it was false advertisement there exuse was explains it all on the email. I asked to speack to the manager. No manager in. I asked them to give me call .still not had a call of them.staff asked if id like them to cut all the cake up. Yes please. Little did i know there was 11 massive chunks of cake put in to party bags😱i ment just cut it up i assumed they would have put a slice in each party bag. No cake left to come home with and give to family. Will not be back. Huge dissapointment. Id rather pay 13.95 go to the one in gateshead. 45min of continous play. No hassle of a bunch of exited kids running riot waiting...

Popped into this place for the first time with my daughter I will say that the place is looking run down and in desperate need for touch up and abit of rennovation, which, to be fair, they are doing.

We tried the golf. It was ok, again some of the features of the holes were damaged or broken but they did forewarn us of pending work so fair play there.

We tried the laser quest. Guns and packs worked fine and seems fairly costed to me, although running into a wall i thought was an opening was not the best of starts and makes me think my next stop is specsavers.

We tried the VR machine. Quite fun. Maybe a tad short but a good experience.

The staff cannot be faulted. Excellent attitude throughout. We were never an inconvenience so the two lads that were in duty, thank you for a positive experience. Sorry we couldn't remember your names to rag in this review but we attended on 20th may, so hopefully that still gets you a pat on the back...
