Primark — Attraction in Surrey Heath

My first rude encounter with a sales assistant at Primark. Went to return 2 items. As I approached Mahdi, ground floor tills, 2pm, 14/10, he looked like someone had sucked the joy out of his life. I thought he might be having a bad day so I wanted to be kind but the way he spoke was just very unbothered to do his job. I tapped my card I had originally paid with and he gave me a slip to sign. I signed it and he asked me if my signature matched the back of my card. I never sign my card!Oops!

When I said that, he smirked and said that I cannot return it. I said that I had done it before and no one has asked to see the signature on the back of my card. He insisted that I cannot but called his manager. I offered my ID if he wanted to check the card belonged to me. I was met with silence and a stare. I found it very weird and uncomfortable. The manager came, pressed a button, gave me another slip to sign and processed the return in less than 30secs.

Please offer Mahdi a course in basic manners or some emotional health support if he is actually going through...

It's a primark. All very similar. Still, this one has a extensive range of items plenty of choice with the cheap price point they always have. Whatever you think they really can't be beat for the cost of clothing which is now at above average quality. Busy but not manic like some stores they run and we'll laid out not too crowded making shopping here a doddle 😆

Bargain tee shirts socks smalls etc at market price and of coarse the best returns in the retail sector that only M&S come close to ,so easy to change stuff.....just keep...

Waiting in line to go into the fitting rooms and someone else apparently had the right to bypass everyone in line and go inside, the dopey women working at the till just let's them in and then tells us that the fitting rooms are now full.

My girlfriend also wanted a small sized PJ clothing which for some reason was hung up on the tallest possible rail which no small person could reach. I am definitely over 6 ft and still couldn't reach it. There were also no staff members in sight to ask for help.
