A fantastic viewpoint looking out to sea, along the rugged coast, views across the Jurassic Coast and into Swanage. Very quiet, peaceful and relaxing. The coast watch station is here, a few benches and a grassy area suitable for a picnic. Venturing to sea level via two routes, the ambitious slope reaches rock pools, views across the tiderace and the ocean life amongst the seaweed. Around behind the coastwatch station are steps leading to the breakwater and a footpath back to Swanage via the lifeboat station.

It took my breath away... I visited this spot on a sunny day and the views were amazing.. You can see old Harry rocks, Swanage a d Dulston castle area.. The water were crystal clear and standing there at the edge with 360 views was very special.. You can have a little walk around the hills too or near the water, but I stayed at the view point. I highly recommend on visiting this place!

Fantastic location, I camped with my friends overnight, I found a spot on the edge of a cliff we had a grove on our back and a steep ravine on the front from where we had a fairytale view, right there we set up our tents, where we admired the horizon of the English Channel the sunset. We woke up in the morning enjoying the sunrise and the sound of the waves.

Beautiful part of the world. Great views of Swanage and the bay. A great place to watch the sun set over the town or it rise from the horizon. There's the RNLI lifeboat station and the Coast Guard lookout both can be visited at various times during the year. It's a lovely walk if you take the coast path but beware not suitable for wheelchairs or other people with mobility issues. You can also take the road pathway for a...

A beautiful spot along the SW coast path to relax and enjoy the magnificent view. Not far from Broad Road Car Park, near Prince Albert Gardens. We parked there with our campervan last weekend (Jan 2022) and only had to pay £1 for 24 hrs. From there we also walked to Durlston Castle, which was a really nice walk, again along the SW coast path. There is lots to see and do for children along the path and great for dog...
