The food was amazing, the cocktails tasted incredible and the location was amazing! I so so so wanted to love it but the service was a massive let down. My drink was forgotten (managed to receive and deshell my entire mussels meal before finally reasking for it), when it arrived it had actual dirt in it and the bartender said he'd "remake it if I wanted it" which I felt awkward over and refused, it should have been automatically remade with an apology. No one quality checked our food, no offers for desserts and no one asked us to order another round despite our empty drinks (cocktails were so delicious I happily would have added another £12 to the bill, with or without dirt). The final major issue was the server brought the bill after being flagged down, put the machine in front of me and then asked me if I was going to tip.
