Went to Jungle Jim's today and there was a power Serge and it blew up one of the large industrial lights up. Glass shattered everywhere over a neighboring table with young children at it and it was dropping glass into the ball pit. We notified a member of staff who was most unphased and didn't care that it was in the ball pit,we put large foam shapes in the way to prevent children entering and they took them down shifted a few balls and deemed it safe to enter all while glass is still dropping from the light. I understand it couldn't have been helped but there was no apology and they only moved the table from underneath it at complaints from a few parents. Also told us it wasn't glass when I'm not sure what they think light bulbs are made of but it certainly isn't paper. Very rude staff not concerned about the safety of our children. No maintenance man called, lights still on, glass still in ball pit, staff are all standing behind the till talking, the poor family who sat directly under the light haven't been spoken to.

Such a shame the staff just don't care, I have...

We took our twin boys here on a Sunday, and this was my first experience bringing them to a soft play (my partner has taken them here and to others a few times).

Whilst it was busy, The Jungle was well staffed and tables were kept clean, and regular announcements were made telling older children to depart the area designated for younger children - this was reassuring.

My boys loved it, and whilst they only explored the smaller area for younger children, it was clean, safe and fun.

Food options are excellent for both adults and children alike, and you aren’t allowed to bring your own food in. Fair enough - they are a business after all and need to make money, and with the wide range of options available, we were happy with what we had.

Due to it being a busy weekend, parking was at a premium but we didn’t wait long to get a space.

No photos as I didn’t feel comfortable taking pictures with young...

We brought four of our five children to have lunch with Father Christmas. With our oldest child now 19 we have been visiting Father Christmas for quite a few years and I can say This has by far been one of best trips to see him. Once collected by the elves it was like being taken into the north pole to eat, Lunch was lovely and the table was beautifully set out, the children really enjoyed their presents and were given time to play with them after lunch ( Scarletts alarm clock is still going off daily 😉) There was a cosy feeling and we were not rushed any time during our visit. It was a real treat to also have Mother Christmas there and to actually be given time to take photos of the children with Father Christmas and all the activities. The children also enjoyed decorating Gingerbread man before visting the Reindeer-paca. We will be booking again next year. Thank you for a...

At the Woodlands Outdoor area of Jungle Jim's you don't have to book in advance, entry is £4.50 per child, free for the adults, with no time limits. I took three of my grandchildren aged 3, 6 & 8, they had a great time, each child made friends with other children of their own age. There was lots of areas, with climbing frames, slides, rope climbing frames, a zip line, swings, giant soft balls, a giant sand pit, an enclosure with kid goats and small ponies. There's loads of benched tables, you can purchase food, snacks & drinks. The toilet facilities are clean and tidy and the parking is free.

Magical time with the Alpacas, the walk was very pleasant and included a few pitt stops for the alpacas to drink water and display their lovely personalities. Luke was so knowledgeable and welcoming. I had other alpacas walks and the walks were shorter and less interactive I truly enjoyed this walk. Definitely foot wear is important do not forget your trainers ! Our alpacas Teddy and Guinness were wonderful!
