The New Maynard Gallery — Attraction in Welwyn Hatfield

I participated in an art exhibition there and I enjoyed myself. It was hard to find the place though as its located in the same building as the cinema and there aren't any clear signs that let you know as all you see are signs for the cinema. I walked in the building and asked one of the staff who pointed me to the stairs leading up to the gallery. It's a nice setting. I was expecting it be be a gallery. Scene as though it's in the title. We spent ages looking for it then after asking around, (as there's zero signs) we found it's just paintings down a corridor of the cinema. We wanted to support one of the artists by buying something from the cabinet, however you can not buy there and then. You have to text a number ! I wasn't impressed I'm afraid. Hertfordshire seems to be lacking good galleries. Maybe because it's so close to...
