Never working, children unfriendly, boring with no imagination or colours! However designed should ask children do help as they would do better job!

We have the hottest bank holiday and fountain is not working, I actually did not see it working since last summer! My conclusion waste of money! Worthing district do not care about children at all! Not enough play areas for different children group of ages and not to many activities for teenagers around the see front!
