If it was possible I would rate the customer service counter a 0 star . Especially the older grey short haired lady . She was very rude and wasn't helpful at all. We asked if she could simply call another store to see if they carried an item at another location when we asked her to do so she said her system was down to check if it was available in another location . I understood that but when we asked if she called another location near me to see if it was available she said she couldn't do that for us . If u ask me that is ridiculous. It seemed as if she wanted to not do her job considering she had no way to help us . Like she couldn't pick up the phone and call another location and see if they carried an item or not . In order to get help we had to get bad service by this one rude lady . And get ignored by the other employee sitting behind the counter with her . We didn't receive good customer service until karissa came and took it upon herself to ask if I needed any help when I told her what I needed she went above and beyond to help us and did . Not only did karissa help us by calling another location but she made sure they held 2 of the items for a half hour for me and I got the same price as it was going to be if I needed 2 of them here . The lady that was very rude and unhelpful her name was JANET she works behind the customer service desk . She was beyond ignorant and I think she shouldn't be working if she doesn't want to do her job or be nice or at least try to be helpful. She and another employee sat behind the counter for like 3 mins before even looking at the lady in front of us . When the lady got her help after waiting 3 mind standing there looking at the two behind the desk she wasnt helpful to the lady in front of us either . Bad customer service JANET . If you had Karissa help me to begin with I would rate you guys as 10 stars. Read moreI don’t normally post reviews but what I experienced just now needed to be said. I’ll preface it with please check the date of posting. Idk if there’s a holiday or something happening but all store seems packed right now. However this target has really handled it poorly. First walk in and there’s no hand baskets in sight. I keep counting ones I’m seeing but they are all missing their handles. Can’t use them for the few items I need. Guess I’ll awkwardly hold them then. No worries. I stopped counting around 7 or 8. So I’m walking around the store like the “why can’t I hold all these lemons” meme about halfway at the pin t of asking why I’m wasting my time here. I go to the front and the lines are backed up all the way to beauty. That sucks. Look ahead and the registers and 3 people and self check out is down??? Seriously? lol. So I go back to tech. I only have a few. I know they can ring back there because I’ve done it before. But try not to abuse it (bringing a bunch of items or doing it all the time. Basically a backup 10 items or less line to me). “I can’t check you out due to store policy”…. Okay. Screw your policy. I dropped my stuff there and walked out. Went to stop and shop instead.
Idk if this was an off day or something but whatever it was this store was no prepared for today. I do t normally just storm out of stores. I work retail! I know what it’s like. But whatever is going on in there is worse than anything I’ve seen or experienced. Highly doubt I’ll be back.

Read moreI went to this Target to purchase clothes for myself & my two daughter (2y & 1y, both with me during this visit). I stood at the dressing rooms for 15 minutes - pressed the help button, looked for anyone that works there- nothing.
I then went up to the cash registers. One of the cashiers was super nice (the only reason for the 2 stars) & called the manager to help me.
The manager was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. He said he would send someone over. 5 more minutes of waiting and no one came.
I began walking back up the registers, this manager makes eye contact with me, turns around and walks away. So I put all my upcoming purchases on the returns desk and left.
As a mom (one of your main shopper demographics), this service was not only disappointing, but complete upsetting as someone who maybe has a good 20-25 minutes to shop.
I can say, I probably won’t be coming back & will make the trip to a different location. Kudos to the really nice cashier, it’s ashame the team members do a better job taking care of the shoppers than the manager who should be leading by example.
