We had a joint birthday party for a 3 & 4 year old. The cost of the party was $400 for 10 people. We provided our own cakes so they credited us with $30, bringing the cost down to $400. So, for the $400 we had 2 tables, they brought out a gallon of water and a 2 liter bottle of Sprite.
The website says unlimited beverages & candy per guest. Again, a gallon of water and a 2 liter bottle of Sprite. The candy was gummy bears on 2 paper saucers. You get, I think, but definitely not more than 2 pizzas, do we had to add 3 or 4 more pizzas. They only gave 10 tokens to be split between the two boys. We had to ask for 2 birthday buttons. The gift bags was one of those nylon bags, so I guess that can be reused, and had only a cardboard tic-tac-toe game and plastic sunglasses.
The kids all had fun, but I suggest having your cake and food at home and THEN go to Kid's Empire. You'll save yourself some money and the kids will still...

Read moreI feel terrible. I used to work here when there was a JC Penney (yes, that's before there were hills but, after the billies invented barely in 1643 to get their shine on). There's not a whole lot going on in there anymore. I suppose I ought to be happy that people are working and there is a lot of variety in the goods/services the provide there. That's a plus.
