Forman Mills — Local services in Addison Township

Shopping here for years. Today I was very impressed & pleased by the customer service of Taylor; the cashier at check out. Taylor was very welcoming, polite, kind, & patient. She upsold me on products yet still I got a great bargain! I observed her interaction with her coworkers & management and her character was professional, respectful & showed excitement. So often you have individuals who come to work just for the check. I believe Taylor actually loves her job & co-workers - she gave each customer attention, moved thoroughly and efficiently with a positive attitude. She made my day better by her attitude & possibly was unaware of that.

The store is known for its bargains, as for the other reviews concerning waiting in line too long I believe it's far fetched. The world is programmed to receive everything instantly that people forget how to be patient and wait whether at an amusement park, doctor's office, hair salon, traffic, etc. We need more staff like Taylor who I believe is a team player.

My only complaint would be that this location no longer provides customers the opportunity to try on clothes; the fitting room area is no more & there's no security on staff, which...

If I could give 0 stars....I would still subtract from that. I was in your store today at the Villa Park location and was appalled at the treatment my mother sister, nieces and I received. We were yelled at by workers (due to to being in store still 5 minutes before closing). We were berated, and treated absolutely horribly. This treatment literally made us leave all of our purchases because there was no way we would spend money after continuously being treated that way. I treatened to call the police!!!! I came to Forman mills with my boyfriend because he needed to buy something. After we’re done shopping, we head to the Check out. Something spotted in my eye so I was in the line while my boyfriend went to cashier counter.
