The Villa Park Illinois Discovery clothing store is the best customer service for me!! BeBe and her associate’s the past 3 times I’ve purchased and returned and purchased and returned were nothing but so understanding and helpful! I promised I would leave the 3 ladies that helped me!! Since January 14.3023 & February the first few weeks were really great customer service BeBe I believe is the manager or lead shift sales & magdalene & a sweet associate her name started with a C! I will be back to get all the names correct and update edit my 10 ⭐️ review ! These girls know what customer service is and so very helpful even the stocking lady I do not know her name!! I want to mention how helpful she was and even above and beyond by asking if I wanted her to call other stores near me for an item!! That’s just GREAT WORK thank...

All I got to say is that I hardly shop, and when I do, I can never seem to find anything I really want! So I get frustrated and start asking the employees questions in a nice way of course. Well Kevin helped me out with such great customer service! I really appreciated as he was ringing my items up, he checked the shoes to make sure they were the same size because that’s something I never do. Thank you so much for helping me find what to wear to celebrate the most important day of my life tomorrow....

Irma is racist and it’s sad . Went to go exchange a tank top in a bigger size . Mind you I bought it the at night and wanted to exchange in the morning . Hadn’t took it out the bag and she said because it had LINT on it that she wouldn’t take it. Make sure before you try exchanging you bring your LINT roller cause Racism is very much still alive...
