Reviews come in many forms. I am posting this because I have never posted a review for any other dispensary until now. I am posting this because I don't ever post reviews. But this deserved one.

I have worked with Tony, Miles, and perhaps a couple others that I apologize I don't remember your name. Your face? Always. You were all patient with me and your suggestions were AWESOME. 5/5.

The establishment. Clean. Not overwhelming. Makes me feel just... good. I can't explain it. 5/5.

They offer many incentives for you to help spread their business. Contests. All sorts of cool things. 5/5.

They have products you won't find elsewhere. Not sure how. Sweet. 5/5

Ty- this is the store manager. I return there since my first trip which was so long ago. He's personable, he smiles, he listens, he's patient, and he's real. If you're honest with him, he appreciates it. He even remembers stuff about me (which is cool cause I can chit chat a bit). He educates. I told him I don't know much about certain things but he takes the time to not make me feel inferior, but more like joy that he gets to educate me and offer. I don't buy too much. And it's cool with him. He will work with my budget and still pull out something better than I anticipated. I know all stores have to sell, managers have to be professional and all- and HE IS... it's just that I strongly recommend you meet him and experience his place. He put a lot of work there and after today's visit, I'm done going anywhere else. He was so kind to my plight today.... he didn't have to be so patient with me because I was in pain and irritable. I typically am not one to come off like that.... but he left me with a radical smile and I have chosen my "go-to". Ty gets 11/10.

This speaks volumes about his employees. All super nice. Even helped me get out of the damn place not too long ago when I was on crutches (you'd be surprised how many other areas could give less than two shards).

Please give this place a go.

To me, it seems like Ty is running a real operation. He enjoys what he does and we all know there are just up and coming dispensaries every month. This place seems like it wasn't made for just collecting cash. This is like the whole team running a high-quality business, passionate, from their garage that they somehow made into a sleek professional brick and mortar.... meaning they care.... and it's their livelihood and they are pleased to have you come visit their treasures!

Visit. Spend time there. If you don't know or are embarrassed, just say and ask. They don't PUSH. I also get the sense that they all actually know each product they carry!!! 😳

A huge shout out to the team and to Ty!! Thank you so much for making me feel special dudes.

Overall? 9.8/10. Or 5/5. I'm leaving .2 off because if I said 10/10 then it may just be questionable to some. But... as a customer, a little extra boost to keep them striving for EVEN better.

Note* this may be difficult for some people to access from North Avenue heading west. Coming east its on the side. If you're coming from North and from 83- just pull a U at the lights on Addison Rd. (Right after you pass it) and you can get there safely. I believe they just had some parking redone so you shouldn't have parking issues.

Oh... and they are Green Releaf. And that's exactly what I feel. Relief.... from visiting to leaving... and from the INSANELY great prices...

Yesterday I finally went to this place, I’ve never been to a dispensary before. My friend is a regular customer and she’s the one that told me that she likes the ozone berry flavor. I got there and the security guy greeted me. He was very welcoming. Then I got to the window and the guy that took my ID was really nice too, he unlocked the door and I waited in line and then the girl with the lip piercings was the one with a nasty attitude during the transaction. First, I didn’t know that you guys don’t accept debit cards and credit cards so I told her I had to go back to my car after she gave me my total and then also, when I requested the flavor, she said you guys didn’t have the berry flavor that you guys only had green apple and another one that she didn’t know the flavor but its white, blue and red. so I told her I’ll just take that one, it’s cool you know no big deal and then she turns around to the window and she asked for the flavor that I requested and she goes Oh yeah, that one is nasty, I prefer the green apple better. She told that to the person handing her the edibles. So after trying to pay with my credit card I had to go to my car to grab some cash when I go back inside there was another girl that had to unlock the door for me. She checked my ID and she was really nice too, and then I go back to the same cashier, she was having a nasty attitude towards me only because she was there talking to another lady and she was smiling asking her questions like having a nice conversation but when it was my turn like she gave me a nasty attitude she’s like oh it’s 16 something so I gave her 20 and I’m like hey thank you and she just like looked at me and she didn’t even say you’re welcome, Nothing like she just made a face so I left but I’m not planning on going back and I told my friend and she said the same thing about the same person. It's a nice place, the owner is really cool, we chatted before their grand opening a few months back. At first, this place was great.

The past two times I've been here really irritated me. 1st time, they refused my ID because my stupid dog chewed up my ID, and they couldn't scan it in their machine, so they refused to let me purchase anything, check the ID like we've checked them for as long as I can remember. I asked who was in charge, and, of course, the guy at the window said he was, which I don't believe. So I left irritated.

This last time, I came in at 9:40, and the security guard came out and told me they're closed. Their posted hours clearly state that they're open til 10 PM. It's especially annoying because I saw someone leaving as this guy tells me this. Seriously?

Their reasoning was something about only one person being there or something. Which wasn't true. I saw several cars parked on the side and watched 4 people leave as I'm writing this.

I came in to get some flowers, not a complicated purchase. I had to fight traffic and terrible road conditions to get there. The transaction would've taken 5 minutes.

This is the last time I'm going here. It's disrespectful to lie about why you decided to close early. Just say that you're lazy and want to...
