I am so very Blessed that I choose Taylor Made Jewelry! My 89-year-old Mom had lost a Pendant that my Grandmother had made for her many many years ago! I called and spoke to Anthony Cosentino (Tony) and explained that I was hoping to get a replica made. I had a scanned picture and a photo to send. You would not believe what an amazing job the Jewler did! This pendent my Gram had made for my Mom was done in Germany, I believe, and was very defined in the way her initials were incorporated with a cross surrounded by a heart. Taylor Made Jewelry did the most fabulous work on duplicating! Right down to the "Love Mom" on the back. On top of the great work they did, the customer service was awesome! I live in Florida and of course Taylor Made is in Ohio (my home state), so all was done over the phone. I was so impressed with the attentiveness I received! Tony kept me abreast of everything. Even down to the shipping! We had just experienced Hurricane Helene and Tony called to tell me they were holding off on sending the pendant until mail and shipping would be more secure. Came here looking for an engagement ring after doing extensive searching online for ideas and price comparison. Have bought jewelry at the mall stores before but really wanted to at least check Taylor Made as I’d heard their ads for at least the last 20 years or so on local radio. I would never buy jewelry anywhere else again. Tony worked with me first showing me options they had and asking me what I was looking for in a ring. While they have many options I was looking for something really unique as my now fiancé has unique tastes. Tony showed me lots of physical (not catalogue) samples of things that they can order in. These narrowed us down to more of what I was looking for. This is when Tony brought Jim the owner over. Jim started describing what he could build for me using the ideas we had. We decided on a design and Jim had it built and ready for pickup in less than a week! It turned out so much better than I’d imagined it would. Both Jim and Tony understood my budget and never pushed me to go with things I wasn’t comfortable with. In fact the ring came in a bit less than I was planning and so much nicer! There was no pressure at all as I don’t think anyone works on commission here. This place can get you whatever you want or imagine at a price that is within your budget and do it without ever making you uncomfortable. This place is just phenomenal! Kind of unique to see a business with so many 5-star ratings before I went, so I figured I had to go see what the hype is about. Without a doubt, the reviews are warranted! First off, it's a beautiful store. In the present time with online shopping and such, I'm kind of used to jewelry stores having a musty, dated feel and that just isn't the case here. The lights and the vibes are as bright as the smiles on everyone's faces. They happened to be a bit busy but were quick to let me know they saw me and would be over to help as soon as possible. I was assisted by Adam, who made everything a breeze. I'd brought in a somewhat sentimental yellow gold piece that I've owned for a long time, but at one point over the years made the unfortunate decision to rhodium plate (when white gold was super IN). I was so nervous that they'd just tell me it was a lost cause but I don't think that's who these folks are - it was just "of course we'll figure it out!" and they did! I don't even have my piece back yet but I'm not even worried, I have full confidence that I'll be crying tears of joy when they hand it back to me looking like the day I got it.
