Adam is a great realtor and is willing to go out of his way for his clients and his team at RE-MAX.

I'm currently living in Akron but I was living in Los Angeles when I met Adam. I put in an offer on a house in Akron in December of 2022 with one of his team members, Joe Camp. Unfortunately when I flew to Akron to see the house in person, the house had a major flaw which I could not have known about from the photos of the house or the virtual tour I took and I had to back out of the deal.

Joe got the paperwork together to terminate the sale of the house and we got it in on time but the sellers refused to sign it.

Adam and I hadn't worked together up until that point but he worked together with Joe to try to get the sellers to recognize that I had abided by the terms of the contract and the law was on my side. But the sellers wouldn't budge.

Adam called me and told me that my only options were taking them to court and winning my way out of the contract or do something that was completely unfair to me which I cannot disclose. Adam then told me that he and Joe would take on the burden of this completely unfair thing in order to get me out of the contract which was a huge burden lifted off my shoulders. I am disabled and trying to take on a legal battle from across the country would have been a nightmare for me.

Adam said a couple of things to me that I think speak volumes not only about the kind of realtor he is but also the kind of person he is. The first thing he said that struck me is that he said when he or one of his team members say they're going to help you buy a house, that's what they intend to do and they're not going to let their clients get the short end of the stick even if the deal doesn't go through.

The second thing he said is that he doesn't let anyone on his team who isn't going to treat their clients like family. And that's the way I felt working with Adam and Joe. I felt like I mattered to them as a person, not just as a client.

I trusted Adam and Joe so much that I returned to Akron in February of 2023 to house hunt with Joe and we found one. Without Adam and Joe, I would not have been able to realize my lifelong dream of owning my own home.

This guy is nothing short of AMAZING. Adam sold my sons house and let him to his next home in 2021... selling and buying in unison is no simple act!! Believe that! But Adam pulled it off without delay. His calm demeanor and steadfast Business sense got the job done.

Not long after that, Adam tackled selling my dad's house, also known as the home I grew up in, I'm sure you can imagine the emotion attached to that for my family, not to mention the house was in a bit of disrepair, which was quite the project. However, Adam managed to pull it off nearly immediately. Kudos once again to Adam and his team for doing a better job than even we thought was going to be possible.

In this market, I am still in awe at how Adam and his team pulled off what they did, but we landed very well and could not be happier in our new home. Don't get me wrong, there were some slight hiccups along the way, it's a very stressful situation trying to sell a house and purchase a house at the exact same time, but the way people respond to those hiccups is what sets them apart, Adam and his team responded in the best way possible, each and every time.

This was my first time ever buying a house and I’m only 25, I didn’t really have much guidance and had no idea where to start. I got in contact with Adam because I had found a house that really grabbed my attention and I knew I had to have it. After we did a walkthrough of this house I was dead set on getting it but had no idea how to go about things. Adam went above and beyond to get me on the right track to try and get this house. He paved a path for me and did everything in his power to make it run smoothly.
