Mr. Hero — Restaurant in Akron

Not a good experience at this location the lady with the dark hair behind the counter was rude and lack customer service skills she was not pleasant at all. 1st She was sitting in the dinning area when I arrived. She got up went behind the counternot properly greeting me...She and took my order. I ordered the gyro extra meat with a order of jalapeño poppers after paying for my order she headed back to the kitchen and started to prepare my food not once washing her hands. I took a seat in the dinning area to await my food order. She went into the kitchen area moment's later she returned back behind the counter and remain behind the counter and just stares at me as if I was something she had never seen before.. Or as if I wasn't supposed to sit in the dinning area. And wait on my food. As a woman of color that made me feel really uncomfortable, So I started scrolling through my cell phone after looking up from my phone .Our eyes locked again. After the stare down between her and I, a couple of seconds later a man walks in from outside goes straight into the kitchen and immediately started completing my order he never washed his hands either. I didn't like how she handled my food period. That is very poor customer service. Not to mention that staring is rude very rude... I will Never will stop at this...

I would normally give this place 5 stars easily but not after today. Service not bad at all The Food, well the large Roman Burger is no longer two 7" subs, they where just under 6". Very little onion, hell on half didn't even have onion. The mayo tasted cheep, definitely not the same mayo used at other Mr Hero's. And I'm pretty sure something else was missing because this almost foot long Roman did not taste anything like any Roman I have had in the past, even at this spot. I might try it again in the far future, maybe. I hope they all didn't go to these short cuts... Always loved this place and I'm right down the street from it. Very...

Usually ok there. Last night at 5 pm ordered a large Roman, no onions. After I ordered, numerous door dash drivers came in and picked up freshly made orders. 20 or more minutes later I caught eyes with the nice counter girl and I put my palms up like "what's going on?" She said they were working on it. I never say things but I stated that it had been over 20 minutes. She went back and talked to them and it was magically done in about two minutes. Door dash orders shouldn't take priority over people that take the time to come to the...
