WTTP is the place to be not only if you are serious about your programming and lifting, but also if you are a novice and want a relaxed atmosphere with quite a variety of equipment. I have trained at WTTP since January 2018. From the moment I stepped in for a welcoming tour, I was convinced that this facility could help me be me and assist me to focus on the goals I have set for myself. For the powerlifter, there are varieties of bars for each lift. For the bodybuilder, there are many styles of weight plates and pairs of dumbells up to 150 lbs. For the Olympic lifters there are Oly plates, matts, platforms and boxes for pulls. For those who want to get on a bike, a treadmill or elliptical, you are accommodated. A few added attractions that I sometimes use are the Prowler and the Yoke carry . Many people use the battle ropes and sandbags. Having a friendly staff and 24/7 access is perfect for the busy schedules we all keep. WTTP is a greater place to train for those who take their lifestyle goals seriously and want to improve themselves. Whether first-timer, beginner, intermediate or advanced competitor; you'll find that this is a friendly atmosphere with no pressure. As well, the equipment is diverse so that when you visit or join, you'll be able to fit in the perfect regimen for the type of training you wish. For those more serious who focus on powerlifting; available are not only the standard iron plates, but also pounds, kilos, bumper plates, five benches, a monolift, multiple power racks for squats or pin pulls, different style barbells, cables, racks of dumbells and certainly deadlift platforms. My Fiancé and I started coming here a couple weeks ago. The gym is clean. The hours are fantastic. There is a lot of equipment and little odds and ends you don’t really think about that make your work out more fun that is provided. And yesterday was the topper. When we were heading out one of the owners which we hadn’t met yet stopped us with such an inviting and pleasant departure greeting. He introduced us to his wife as they are both the owners and they were so sweet and kind. Their demeanor immediately made me realize we made the right choice starting here. You don’t feel judged and the atmosphere is top notch! This place Is awesome and motivates you on your journey to becoming stronger and feeling better about yourself!
