Was not impressed by this location. Half the tables in the restaurant were empty. We added ourself to the waitlist on our way and it said 30 minute wait. Once we got to the restaurant and checked in it took another 30 minutes before we were seated. This was at 7pm. There were 5 hostess at the host stand arguing about what order they were getting off and ignoring customers. The only person we saw hustling was the girl doing curbside delivery. When we were seated the hostess didn’t even give us silverware. You have 5 hostess and they still can’t do their job. The breadsticks were not the same, they looked like the cheap breadsticks you buy in the store. They were not good. Drink refills were basically not existent. The server cleared my husband and sons plates but not mine or our sons fiancés. I had to make her take my empty soup bowl. The soup refill for my son and husband never arrived until we were about done with our entrees. Our entrees had been sitting under the heat lights so long the noodle were dried out and hard and the Alfredo separated. We did not send it back because we had already been waiting over an hour for our food. We got the never ending Alfredo for our breadsticks. We asked for another serving and some more breadsticks for the table as we were packing up our entrees because we wanted to eat it there. Because we got very few refills of anything because the waitress barely visited our table. She brought the breadsticks wrapped in foil and a to go container with the Alfredo sauce. There was less than a 1/4 cup of Alfredo sauce in the container. I guess she wanted us to leave. Then to top it off, she charged us another 3.99 for the Alfredo, even though we had the endless. She had me pay the bill on the table top machine and I wanted a printed receipt and it printed out a blank piece of paper. She never came back and I didn’t get any type of receipt. Forgot to mention I also had a whole stack of dirty dishes sitting in front of me . ...
Read moreWorst dining experience we've ever had. There were six of us who walked in and we normally aren't too needy as some of us work in restaurants. We were sat promptly, waitress seemed alright, and we got our drinks pretty quickly. However, as soon as we got our salad things went quickly downhill. The salad came with one olive, one tomato, no croutons, absolutely no salad dressing, and plenty of brown lettuce. Our waitress never came back, so we had to grab someone else so we could get some dressing. We got our appetizers, then we waited about 45 to 50 minutes for our entrees. My mom was out of tea and sitting at a table completely covered in stacks of dishes waiting to be cleared. Our waitress finally came back and told us our food would be up soon, but my mom wanted to talk to a manager. Dave the manager came over, shirt untucked, with a big smile on his face, and when my mom tried to explain our wait and how there was brown soggy lettuce in our dry salad, he only assured us that it would be delicious when it came. Now, we all know Olive Garden is a chain. The food will taste the same no matter what, so that's not really the concern. How can frozen raviolis being reheated take 50 minutes when other people who were there after us had already gotten their food? Some of our food came. My friend's food was missing and my sister's food came with some hair in it. All the food had been sitting in the window; the pasta was starchy and dry and my sauce was coagulated. In the end, Dave took off my sister's food and the appetizer, thanked us for coming, and told us things would be better next time. As my mom said, we don't know how it can be worse. We'll never be back to this location again and will be cooking better, fresher food at home next time we're...
Read moreIf I could rate this location negative starts I would. I’ve had two bad experiences with this location and wait times. The first instance is my sister and law and I were in the target parking lot across the street, maybe a 1-2min drive from this restaurant. I called while I’m the car to ask if they had a wait for a table for two. They said nope. So we took the 2 mins and drove over there, walked in, walked up to the host, and she immediately said there would be a 45 min wait for a table for two. I had literally JUST spoke to someone on the phone. How does that happen? The second bad experience I’ve had with this location was tonight. I expected there to be a wait so before even leaving my house I added myself to waitlist via online. It said my table would be about a 20-25 mins for a table for three. Myself, my husband, and my 2 year old son. It also stated that I was #12 on their list. So we leave the house get there and I was #2 on their list. We are sitting in the car with my screaming toddler who is hungry for about another 45 mins. And then it finally told me I was next on the waitlist. After waiting about another 10 mins we go inside to ask a host when a table would be ready. She stated that “the online waitlist wasn’t actually a waitlist and you still have to come inside and check in to get on a waitlist and there was over an hour wait, but I could be put on that one”. That is after waiting for over an hour already. I will NEVER be coming to this location again. What is the point in having an...
