Penn Station East Coast Subs — Restaurant in Cuyahoga Falls

Normally this chain has crispy nice fries and good sandwiches. This one time i ordered 3 large fries with my order and when i got everything home, all three fries were soggy, greasy, undercooked, disgusting mess. I call the penn station in cuyahoga falls where i got it from, asked for the manager. After a moment i explain the situation and the manager even remembers the big order of sandwiches and three large fries and tells me how they had put too much fries in the fryer and whenever they do that. The fries get sohgy and greasy and undercooked. Im completely baffled at how dumb-founded the manager is and politely ask, "so why wouldn't you just put less and make the fries right instead of serving this unedible version?"... he didnt seem to have a response except like this happens often and its tough luck kind of attitude... I had to throw the fries away. Did not even offer to make this...

Don't really know where to start I guess maybe where I made A online order for an hour from when I placed it And not making it until 15 minutes after my pick up Time where I Purposefully showed up late in case they were busy but they were not or I could mention the fact that the entire staff Consisted of mentally disabled people Not that they were born like that just that they choose to put 0 effort in what they do And move at a stoner's pace Like the kid that looks like Jim Carrey in dumb and dumber behind the counter I can also mention that the sandwiches themselves consist of poorly cut sloppy bread and terribly placed meat along with overcooked fries.

DISSATISFIED...

I visit there yesterday for a sandwich and some fries. The fries was a little bit burn or cook a little to much. The server didn't want to change the order and cook me some more. Attitudes was nasty to me one of the guys came over and decided to cook me another order of fries what's the first order of fries was quite a bit the second order fries because he was a little perturbed with me was not quite as much so with that being said the way I was treated and my sister didn't like her sandwich she said it tasted nasty plus they had a nasty attitude towards us we will not be going back and this is the one in Akron Ohio on Howe Road Chapel Hill area 753 Howe Ave. #226 Very disappointed will not...
