update After reading this review one of the owners called me to apologize and sent the foreman to inspect and winterize the next day. He later refunded my $5k based on the foreman's assessment.
Absolute terrible support from the service department, and Greg is a complete jerk. Paid to have an inspection done on a tub purchased from them, that came with a house we bought. The tub was leaking terribly, but they assured us it was worth repairing. After 5 service calls between May and Sep and spending $5k on labor and various parts, the repairs were still not finished, a working heater was still not installed, yet they refused to winterize the tub before freezing temps hit. Greg did a complete backpedal and said he would never have recommended repairing the tub, and that they just did what I wanted. He then flip flopped again and said that he stands by their decision to repair, and that all the service calls were reviewed and approved by him. He then added that I am his least valuable customer, and I get what I get because other people who bought new tubs from them will always get priority. He is happy to let my tub freeze and destroy all the work that's been done this summer, and very nonchalantly blew me off.

Read moreWe went to this store to purchase filter for Sundance spa last May. It was an older model. We gave the model # and details to salesman, who conveniently doesn't work there anymore, he sold us chemicals and the filter. We had a leak in spa and didn't get it working till this Summer. As we unwrapped our new filter and tried to put it in place it was clear something was wrong. After calling the store they quickly identified that they sold us the wrong filter but couldn't take it back because it was wet? A manager was supposed to call me the next day. 3 days later I called back and spoke to the manager who confirmed that the salesman that sold me the wrong filter was new and he wasn't there long. He changed the story from it got wet to oh, it was over a year ago. So which is it - because it's wet or too old. At least pick a story and stick to it. When I told him that he hung up on me. Worst customer service. New salesman sells you wrong product and consumer expected to eat it. Rude! And...

In my experience, the customer service was lacking, and the business model appeared to prioritize revenue over genuine customer support. Appointments were scheduled without adequate notice or a reasonable arrival window, and there was an expectation that customers be available at all times. If you are not present when the technician arrives—despite the lack of prior communication—you may still be charged for the visit. I found this practice to be both inconvenient and unprofessional. When I raised my concerns, the representative justified the policy by stating, “It’s what we’ve done for 25 years,” which I felt demonstrated a resistance to evolving customer service standards.
