NOVUS Glass of Anchorage — Attraction in Alaska

Novus class has been more than helpful the last few times I’ve needed a chip repaired in my windshield I called they got me in right away it took about 25 minutes at the most and I was on my way. Today I needed to get a chip repaired and I made an appointment a few days ago I called to see if I could change that appointment and be 10 minutes behind and they were more than willing to he’ll let me just come in a little bit late but then I had to call again and see if they could take me two hours early because I had more free time than I thought earlier in the day they were again is super helpful and really really considerate of my timeframe with dropping off and picking up children today. I will always use them as they are super helpful. One of the owners had asked me if I have a zero dollar deductible on my car insurance which I happen to have which I then called a number and filed a claim and I was able to have my windshield repaired free of charge and State Farm send some information and Novus gets paid through them it was so fast I was in and out in 20 minutes...

It’s Like My Car Got LASIK....

Big shoutout to Novus Glass—these folks are windshield wizards. I rolled in with a cracked-up, bug-splattered Alaskan classic and rolled out with what felt like a 4K, HDR, IMAX-certified piece of glass. I’m not saying it changed my life, but I might have seen a moose wink at me on the way home.

They had my windshield in stock (Alaskan miracle), scheduled me for the next day, and had it done in under an hour. I barely had time to finish a cup of coffee. They also worked with my insurance, so I didn’t have to fill out a mountain of paperwork or sacrifice a goat to the claims gods.

If you live in Alaska, cracked windshields are just a lifestyle—like snow tires and saying “it’s not that cold.” But trust me, you don’t realize how bad it was until you drive with a new one and suddenly feel like your truck just got glasses.

I was able to drop off my car, without an appointment, with less than an hour until closing time, and they fixed a ding in my windshield within 20 minutes. Mike, the person operating the front desk at this Novus location, was very helpful too! He called my insurance company for me to handle reporting the claim (all i had to do was answer a few yes or no and verification questions with my insurance) and just like that, I was able to get the cost of the repair covered under my insurance policy, with no additional cost to me.

What could be better? The staff was friendly, had my windshield repaired in under a half-hour, and i didn't have to hassle with insurance. I would highly recommend this Novus location to others! The service was...
