I SWEAR they forget your food on purpose or they’re just that bad.

5/2022 Every time I or one of my family members come here they forget something, and I'm starting to think it's on purpose. I mean, EVERY. Single. Time. I won't come here for months because of it and then I'll try again and without fail something is forgotten and I truly believe it has to be on purpose or some kind of scam. I can't leave without checking my bag, and if I do I regret it because something is always missing. Not just one thing either, like a whole meal.

At this point I want to go here several more times and film myself ordering, getting receipt and what I actually end up receiving because it's that bad.

even an old employee of there's who happened to be ordering there as well told us to make sure to check our bag before leaving..

9/2022, tried them again today, after 4 months, and same thing as always. Checked our bags before leaving the driveway and noticed our large mashed potatoes and gravy were missing; thankfully got that but noticed when we got home the side to one of our meals was missing. The absolute WORST KFC in the state. Never had this issue with any others. Not mention the attitude to the guy taking the order.

10/11, went back again just for a few things and still things are missing. We were missing a whole order, and got things that weren’t ready and ours. I’ve never experienced such consistent worse...

Two stars because of customer service. I ordered two chicken strips meals and two chicken sandwich meals from the drive thru. I realized that they got the order wrong right after I started to drive away. So I got back in the very slow, very long drive thru line to let them know. Whoever I talked to on the intercom told me that they just put a new batch of chicken strips in and that they would be out in about 4 minutes. Told me to pull around front and they would bring them out to me. 20 minutes later while parked out front I had seen no sign of a single employee. I did see more and more cars pulling around front to park so the could also wait on their order. Because the lobby was locked closed because of COVID I decided to get back in line at the drive thru. The long, slow line. Once I got back to the intercom I was told that they would be bring them out to me in about 2 minutes. Asked if I could pull back around front. So I did. Another 15 minutes later and employee comes out to tell me he's really really sorry. That is going to be another 10 minutes, but he'll put some extra strips in the box. So I waited. Exactly 16 minutes later he comes out with the chicken strips that I ordered over an hour ago. In the meantime all the original food I ordered was now cold. All I got for my trouble was 4 extra chicken strips!!! Definitely won't be going back to abbott KFC. It without be quicker to drive to the other...

Don’t bother with trying to order here. I tried to order a chicken sandwich, and was told it would take 30-45 minutes for them to cook a chicken filet. So I decided to order a chicken little, and was told chicken strips also have a half hour to 45 minute wait. I’m sorry but if you’re cooking chicken that long, it will be burnt! There was no line outside and the inside certainly wasn’t busy either.. for a Saturday evening, it’s a bit odd they didn’t have chicken available in a timely manner. This is the second time in a week that I haven’t been able to get something I ordered, just a few days ago they had no extra crispy chicken, so I said they could replace it with original only to be told they had no breasts and no wings in original either.
