Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Alaska

Starbucks. Young lady’s working. I said hello can I please have.. I say drink type and she then says oh one moment like she was working on something but didn’t give any indication when I said hello that she was busy?! After waiting I then started again but she stopped me to say they don’t have any of that drink, just ran out?! They have big sign that says pumpkin spice lattes in the entrance. That’s the usual when they don’t want to make it by saying oh we ran out. I came by after buying my groceries and the two young ladies were just cracking jokes laughing. I had to interrupt the two women at the Starbucks to order my coffee. They were deep in conversation and looked at me several times and ignored me. All I wanted was a plain black coffee. I got my coffee and it was the worst coffee I’ve ever tasted it was burnt and bitter tasting. I brought it back to the Starbucks kiosk, and Jackie told me that that is just how black coffee tastes. She claimed that they taste tested it this morning.And told me that I needed to add cream and sugar to it, which I do not like in my coffee. This location is okay because it's part of Safeway. Typically these locations don't have as good of customer service and they don't quite understand specially ordered drinks. Also the staff there seems to speak very openly about personal stuff and loudly at that including striking against the company that they work inside of.
