If I could give them a 1/4 star I would. This is the most horrible and creepiest experience I have ever had since I’ve been in Albany last 3 years. I paid off one product and returned the product that didn’t work back. I’m still receiving phone calls to family members from this company. When I call to inquire why they are contacting they have no record or reason why. Silly me decided to still do business after I decided to deal with rentacenter they are more friendly and professional! Got into the store the guy was so combative and argumentative it was scary! I had already told my husband how the older white guy was like he was going through midlife crisis just crazzy! We was friendly not ghetto or anything lol had our paperwork ready to do business with the girl that talked us down there! Chile it was a set up! Mind you not I paid off my 850 game cash turn the outdated labtop that crashed on me with all my work! They charged me twice through through phone app but told me to get the money back through my bank when I did said I owed but I turned around paid again on the due date! Mind I not I always paid on time most of the time early! I’m anti I don’t like dealing with people! I don’t even like phone calls! This store truly let me understand why businesses are using AI! I don’t know if the guy was mad about the company I work for cause I’m black or what! I’m just lost for words! I actually waited for months to try write this review cuz the store has hired a creep. He actually came outside to see what we were driving lol our everyday car! Just sad! The store has all my personal info so ladies be careful! Don’t give these people your durn info! Poor customer service and unprofessional. I called on yesterday to check on an order that was placed a month and a half ago and the male (sound like a child) employee who answered the phone was very rude and was talking while I was trying to explain to him why I was calling to begin with. The employee then realized he was under the WRONG account. So he then put me on hold and put someone by the name of R who was just as rude. The employee went on to say that he has no control over the shipments because the furniture come from a warehouse. However, you told my bd on a different day that you called the warehouse and that they couldn't get to it because other furniture was around the ONE nightstand we ordered (ridiculous). These employees are way too relax and think they can fast talk you and be rude. The only time there customer service is halfway decent is when you come to pay. It doesn't make any sense to be paying on a piece of furniture you don't have possession over. The customers are not your friends or your homeboy from your hood. Be respectful and hear someone out before you call yourself trying to check someone. FYI: How did you try to contact me when no contact information was left? Weirdos! This place is the worst. The customer service is beyond past poor. I’ve had an issue with one of the employees named Crystal for the past month. She was beyond rude and disrespectful. The overall manager named Ray is just as bad. I literally just got off the phone with him regarding this issue and he REFUSED to listen to me and what i had to say regarding the situation. When i hung up on him after he refused to listen to me and my concerns he called me back and proceeded to yell and go off on me and blame me for everything instead of holding his employee accountable. They were in the wrong and did nothing to rectify the issue at all. They are also doing fraudulent work because Crystal said to my roommate that she will add his name to my lease since he wasn’t on it so the transaction can go through.
