Imagine spending a few hours a week doing laundry, your own, and occasionally customers' for a residential laundry business..Easy, right? Now imagine doing many, many loads in the middle of the night, every week for 3 years! This is personal experience I'll share--about this little known laundromat in the heart of the North Valley. OK, if you're looking for glamorous, this is not that place. It depends on what is really important to you.... Here's the "straight skinny" and a little back story, about being able to totally rock a TON of dirty--then clean laundry at 3 am, without losing your mind. First, the entire reason that I checked out EZ wash to begin with--They're open 24/7. That means that THEY ARE OPEN, no matter what. Weekends, Holidays, Christmas? OPEN. COVID-19? OPEN, (as an aside, clean laundry was deemed essential, and the staff diligently maintained proper protocol the entire miserable time). STAFF.! Yep, staff is present AND working -- 24/7. The graveyard shift guy is always doing something, cleaning, etc., and he is pleasant and helpful. CHANGE-- if quarter machines are out, he has it, every time. MACHINES--Banks of working washers, a triple load "heavy" soil--will cost around $5-5.25. Lots of working double dryers too, for $.50--youll get 20 min. There are plenty of decent rolling baskets. a bathroom! its not beautiful, but it's usable, inside, for customers only. SPACE-- to sit while you wait, as well as several roomy tabletops to fold clothes on Heat and/ or A/C that works. WI-FI-- save your data, pop in your ear buds and go for it! The password is provided at the desk. and lastly, CROWDS-- there are none-- iF you plan your laundry excursion during off hours. I can't speak to Saturday mornings, that's for sure. Bottom line? If you want a more relaxed experience doing your laundry, and you're willing to be flexible and go later or even towards the wee hours, hit the EZ wash, and save yourself...
Read moreVery BAD experience!!! On Sunday afternoon around 1PM my auntie went to go wash her clothes there (she’s been going there for 4 years now). She was washing her clothes like usual, out of the no where the washer machine stoped working, she politely told the lady on duty named Martha that the washer machine stoped working, Martha yelled her at told her that she only goes there to mess up the washer machines and started to discriminate against my aunty! She blamed my aunty that it was her fault that the washer machine was broken when she clearly didn’t know what was going on! My aunty politely asked her if she can help her get her clothes out because the machine was locked and wouldn’t open. Martha said with an attitude I’ll help you when I can. My aunty was there for 1PM-7Pm waiting for this lady named Martha to help her out, she was rude the whole time and complained that my aunty goes and washes her clothes there. I would like for a manager to call this lady’s attention because that’s not how you treat a customer. specially a customer that has gone there for 4 years! She didn’t even give her, her Money back. She was rude with an attitude, this is not the first time Martha had an attitude either her. I can only imagine the attitude she gives to...
Read moreThis is really the only laundromat that I go to. Mainly because it's 24 hours and they do a wash and fold. And I realize that this was a bit ago so that is partially my fault. Now the reason it's not solely my fault is I have tried to call various times and either I get no answer or the person I'm talking to doesn't speak English and Google translate doesn't really help in this case. I brought steam mop pads there and they lost them. I'm not sure exactly what happened but when I went to go pick up my laundry I didn't realize they weren't there otherwise of course I would have said something at the time. And because I was in the middle of moving I didn't notice right away. When I asked for the owners name and phone number she flat-out (and rudely) refused to give it to me. I I'm wondering what they're going to do about it. Now they do an INCREDIBLE job. And I have always tipped VERY well because I'm paying for the convenience of someone else doing my laundry and because they do an amazing job. But this just pisses me off. If I have to buy more that's 50 bucks. I will be happy to change my rating and will HAPPILY take this bad review down if: The owner gets in touch with me. The owner and I can come to an...
